Lac is amazing! He will take on any design challenge is super professional and always delivers amazing results. I have been having my nails done here for nearly a year now. Every other place is just a dissapointment.

Low quality. I was happy with the person who did my nails, but the quality was not great. The gel at the tips of my acrylics faded quickly. My friend’s experience was not as good. The woman doing her nails did them wrong, and when she asked to have them fixed she was rude about having to change it. My friend’s nails completely broke and the gel scrapes off. Not impressed, we’ll never go back.

Very professional. They were able to get 3 of us in right away for a pedicure. I work in the beauty industry and get asked were to go all the time. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my clients.

The place was run down and not especially clean, with an unimpressive selection of polish colors. The man who did my mani/​pedi, Ton, was very friendly but quite rough — my cuticles were injured and are still painful days later. I don’t know better places in town; I do know I’d sooner do my own nails than go back to Elegant Nails again.

All I am going to say is: NEVER AGAIN!
Not only that they do a poor job, this place is for some reason always swamped with husbands and children of the women who are getting their nails done. Children keep running around while husbands keep staring at all the other women except their own.
Who gives these people all these good ratings?! You must have never had a decent pedicure done in your whole life, which is kind of sad when you think about it. It also costs Unilocal its credibility.
I think I’ll have to go to Albuquerque to have my nails done, I officially give up on the nail spas in Santa Fe.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Worst experience with cold water in the foot basin which they neglected to mention before we had our shoes off and stuck in the water. I’m just hoping I don’t get an infection. Dirty, dirty and did I mention, it’s a dirty place. Not even worth one star.

Tony! You have to ask for Tony! He gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Very thorough, attentive, and overall great at what he does. I’ve had countless pedicures and this one was hands down the best.
I also brought my daughter in for her first pedicure, she had Diana, and she was very good also, painted little flowers on her toes. My daughter loved it.
If we lived here I would come regularly to get my pedicures from Tony!

I got a fill and a gel mani and pedi here with my mother here this afternoon, and Danny and his family are awesome! We received first rate customer service in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back the next time that I’m in town! No wonder this place won Best of Santa Fe so many times!

Great location, I love that they are just right in the mall! Great Mani/​Pedi, and the staff is friendly enough. My gel manicure and pedicure lasted a long time, and was nice looking.
I’m a little put off that the techs are allowed to talk on the phone while doing a pedicure though, I’m always worried that they will somehow manage to drop their cell phone in the water. Also, there is always a wait, being that they are in the mall, so you would want to book an appointment.
Still searching for my 5 star rating nail salon, but this isn’t too bad.

I loathe the parking in this mall. It is difficult to park close to an entrance and the rows are so long and cut off from one another, you can’t get here from there.
Elegant nails is a little bit shop-​worn, but has decent service where they greet you, ask you what you want and immediately seat you. These laidies and gents mean business and they are efficient.
We had called them earlier and asked if they could do UV gels, but there must have been a language barrier because when we showed up with our OPI gels they said they didn’t dow the UV. We had to settle for a basic polish mani and pedi.
One fun thing was the celebrity sighting while we were there. We watched Ali McGraw bring in her little scotty dog and get a pedi.

Excellent service. Thorough mani– pedi. Great prices, nice people! I will definitely be back!
