Horrible, absolutely the worst service ever. Lost my phone and went there to figure out my options. They couldn’t help me at all. Never asked for my account information, my name, nothing! Arrogant and not helpful. I agree with previous reviewer, go to a real Verizon store. And Verizon? Drop this account!

After a trip to the Big store walking out with the same problem i walked in with (an hour later) I went to this location ~ Where Julien and his crew fixed my iphone which was complicated ~They were smart and friendly and patient ~ I will always go to this location in the future ~ They can everything the Big store can and way more with no crowds and a great attitude ! Thanks you Guys !

What is wrong with this place! The big Verizon sign on the front of the store makes you think you are at Verizon, YOU ARE NOT, what a waist of time. They do not know what they are doing. It maybe a longer wait at the real Verizon store, but in the long run the frustration and money you save will be worth every minute, and probably faster anyway.
