All the cell phone use while driving around New Mexico really took it’s toll on my battery. Hence the stop for an iPhone car charger. The Radioshack is located just through one of the mall entrances and is easily found. Once I entered the store I noticed the section for car accessories right up front near the entrance. It’s obvious what most people come in and ask for. I picked up one of the numerous over priced chargers and walked to the line. There were 3 employees. One was moving through the line fairly quickly, one was standing around with that ‘deer in the headlights’ facial expression and the other was helping friends with an iPad. That last one eventually got tired of the glares she was getting from people in line and started up another register which got me out of there 5 minutes later. I did appreciate that they were too busy to do their usual interrogation so I wasn’t asked for my zip code or any of that other info Radioshacks tend to gather. Radioshack is never my first choice when I need something in the electronics department but it worked in a pinch and this store was well laid out and clean so it’ll get you whatever you need for more than it should cost but at least you won’t get some weird computer STD by standing in line here. Meh.

I give this Radio Shack a review because Manager Desiree Burnett was really nice and attentive when I was looking for a receiver to hook my turntables up to. The other guys were not very attentive at all and kind of waved their fingers to the section I needed to go to, and then turned their backs to me to help other customers without answering any of my questions. So Desiree gets 5 stars, but those other d00ds get zeros.
