I needed a new refrigerator quickly. Aron was great there was a delivery issue he took care of the problem right away. I recommend lowes I don’t know if other home improvement stores would do the same thing

The service here is glacially slow. Employees sitting around doing nothing while the lines wind around the aisles. This place needs some professional management.

The Home Depot should be your first choice. Guaranteed best prices and commitment to service.

Worst lowes store ever. I waited to place a 1690.00 order for blinds at 530. No one ya the counter no one came when I pushed the help button. I went to the front desk they paged someone. No one showed up after 10 min then they told me someone called off but no one even not even a manager could take the order

Not helpful at all! They could care less about customer service! The people there don’t care about their jobs or the customers!

I like Lowe’s a lot… the store seems to be in good shape/well maintained and the customer service is good. I guess their prices are in line with the other big-box home improvement store but I really wouldn’t know since I keep going to Lowe’s…

I don’t usually come here, but I needed some keys made and found this nifty One Minute Key machine that rocked my world and made it so easy to get in and out without even having to deal with a line or wait for someone to help me.

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. But I was most impressed with the managers Rich and Jim. They were so helpful. They matched my price for the appliance I bought and helped with delivery. Management was most helpful and understanding. Thank you guys.

I don’t need much hardware. I have a friend who(I think) still works there. He looks as depressed as all the other employees. Mainly I come here to get keys made. Mind you it’s about every 4 months if that. Help is easy-enough to come by at the kiosk, and it’s so-so. This last guy was beyond weird though. He had seriously labored breathing as he copied our car key. «What kind of car is it?» «Toyota. Camry.» «…(pause, stare into eyes for 35 seconds, uncomfortable breathing, shifting of feet)… Toyota makes a Camry?» «…yes.» I just want my keys made. This is getting weird. He’s looking at us an awful lot and not just matching up the little keys to the little slots. Too much work for a $ 2 transaction. AHH!

We don’t live in Santa Fe. But let’s just pretend we do, for just a few minutes. We would go to this Lowe’s probably every other week, whenever they are hosting the kids’ Build-n-Grow workshop. For those who are not familiar with this workshop, it is a free workshop where the kids are given a kit, made of pieces of plywoods, all pre-cut to certain shapes. The kit comes with a few nails, sometimes stickers and other things. There is a sheet of instructions on how to build the kit. Lowe’s will give each kids an apron, a pair of goggle, and when he/she finishes building the kit, he/she gets a cool patch. It is an awesome workshop to introduce kids to building things their own. We usually go to one in Austin, TX, our hometown. But this one week in August 2011, we happened to be in Santa Fe, NM and this was the week that they offered the School House Picture Holder kit. I registered my kids for this workshop and we went to this Lowe’s. The ladies helping out with the workshop were super friendly. I was going by myself with two kids, so sometimes I helped with one kid and the other kid was either left waiting or figuring it out his/herself. One lady saw this and took it upon herself to help my daughter. They were all so happy and surprised to have a Texan family come to visit their Lowe’s. They made us all feel so welcomed. Thank you, the ladies of Build-n-Grow at this Lowe’s.
