Always very professional, courteous and helpful. I printed 7 panoramic prints and they came out stunning, their printing quality is top notch. I would recommend Robert for any task! Thanks Paper Tiger.

So, I have reviewed their other location, on Cerrillos Road, but I had the pleasure of having a small sign made with Robert and Jason, and was once again, blown away. Picture this: student needs sign for fund-raising event. What would come to your mind first? I know what came to mine. I need this cheap and I need this fast and I want it to POP so that people notice. Jason was fantastic and came up with a design that I loved! Girly and chic all mixed in to one. When I was quoted a price I was floored. Why you ask? Because it was EXCELLENT and AFFORDABLE and I could pay for it no problem!(Big deal for a student.) My advice? Go to Paper Tiger. You will not be disappointed.

Love the owner, John, and the jobs that they’ve done for me in the past. I’ve always come here for a quick printing job and wasn’t charged too much either, I think communication is key, they understand exactly what I needed and have always been more than friendly.

My first-hand experience with Paper Tiger was dismal several weeks ago. I was not informed of pricing ahead of what turned out to be a $ 200 order(I expected 20 or 30 bucks). I was promised my money back by the owner, who upon my arrival back at the store to pick up my refund, had changed his mind and told me to take a hike, with no apologies. I do not recommend doing business with this contentious business. Unilocal has three times informed me that it has removed my review of this business because I did not have a first-hand experience with the vendor. Don’t know where it got that idea, but I call it simple and pure censorship of a ligit review.

2 stars because I got my money back. Okay, so it’s been long enough now since the experience at P Tig that I can write a review and really reflect on it. Sending your files through their website is smooth enough. However, I was not quoted over the phone the price of my order. I requested«plain paper». As this order was only partly for me(I’m just the one who orders and picks up, really) I had no idea it had been done wrong. Perhaps I should warn anyone who actually reads Unilocal reviews in SF(yeah right) that each page will cost you about $ 4.00, and it will be printed on cardstock. It was beautiful cardstock! But there was no use for it in this project, apparently. My husband called, had an argument with the manager Robert, and we straightened out the situation. Oh, and even though the PDFs were set to 8.5×11″, the printer didn’t bleed around the edges — so that was another mistake I hadn’t caught were the 4 mm edges that cut off the images. Whoops. No, I was not quoted beforehand. No, I was not informed«this is the paper Paper Tiger uses to print on»(So then… Why was my receipt printed on normal printer paper?) Yes, we finally got our money back after, what 4 days? It was a cash transaction and it took that long to get a signed check. Whatever. Honestly, I can see why businesses prefer expensive printing — the colors were great, the paper WAS quality(but not what was required). However, I make very little money and can only afford $ 0.49 prints. That’s fine by me.
