Red Cap never disappoints. The food is always hot and fresh. I recommend red cap to anyone looking for some delicious burgers and fries.

Don’t know what happened. Use to be great food. Great service.
Now semi good food and not so friendly staff.
When u have rude people take your order. It’s like, I’m sorry am I bothering you? But like I said. Use to be good. I’ll try again in a couple of months. :(

Waited 15 minutes at register to get my order taken. Employees kept servicing drive thru customers and answering phones. Never were we acknowledged or smiled at even though we were standing directly in front of the employee at the register. Such a shame, I was looking forward to trying something new. Had to go down to McDonalds instead. By the way, it was 3:30 in the afternoon. Like another person mentioned on here, ditch Pepsi and get cokes on the menu. I guess if you have a lot of money for greasy looking food with a long wait and poor service, you found your place!

Those of you who say «terrible service, «are idiots. Do you do that to Whataburger too? It’s fast food, get real. The food is always good, if there was a problem, the owners would have made it right because that’s the kind of people they are. Stop with the sense of entitlement you have from typing words and get an education.

I’m going to be quick and to the point. This place sucks.
The good: great banana shake, fries good
The bad:
Preformed frozen meat patties that are not 1⁄3 pound and taste terrible.
Onion rings that are greasy and have a weird texture. They might think about changing the oil every once in a while.
$ 7 for a basket that was nasty.
My friend had the sourdough bacon cheese burger that tastes much better after she took the meat off. It into a decent BLT.
Stop selling Pepsi, break down and get some Coke products.

Average small town diner. I had the lunch special. Grilled chicken and 3 sides. Next time I’ll try their burger. They do keep Blue Bell ice cream on hand, so that’s a plus!

My husband and I love coming here! We come for the lunch special which is super cheap at 5.99, including entrée and two sides. Around that time too the drinks are half price so makes it a decent sized and priced meal. Sometimes we just share one lunch plate cause it’s a lot of food. It’s got that home town feel to it, with pictures of the local school teams and other cool retro signs. Also the icecreams are huge! Beware, if you only like a little don’t order the two scoops cause it’s enormous! But very good so I highly recommend at least a small one scoop. Staff is pretty friendly as well. We will definitely be going back!
