I have to dito on Linda B and Robin W. reviews. Wonderful items and fun. Yes it’s pricey, but they are works of art you get to wear, I really love the clothes, beautifully designed handcrafted and they can look good on all sorts of bodies, making one just look so darn good and classy. It’s harder and harder to find unusual clothes that work, these women have the market on it. So save your money and treat yourself and support an artist at the same time. I left with some wonderful items that made me feel good in what I was wearing oh and very comfortable. I look forward to the next time.

I love shopping at the Santa Fe Weaving Gallery — the clothes are beautiful and original! The first year, I bought scarves and shawls, now I am diving into the blouses and jackets! I love that the SFWG gets to know the artists and supports them in their work. Barbara and Jill travel all over the world to find the artists in the gallery — India, Laos, Africa. They also show the clothes of American artists. They worked with an artist to get a style that worked for me in a color way that they had in a different style. I agree with the other review that they are honest about what looks good and what is better for someone else. The people are friendly and fun. What a great place! They always make it difficult to leave Santa Fe.

I have shopped here since 1988, and love everything I have purchased. The shop truly is a gallery — these are artists(not just weaving, but fabric of different sorts) and Jill and Barbara are curators who want to see the art leave the gallery, making you look good. They give honest feedback on which pieces work best for your looks. The quality is really high — I always resolve not to purchase anything before visiting, because I don’t really need more clothes — and I always break that resolution, and am glad I did.
