Best mid mall snacks in the USA. These little tiny morsels are a delight. Sold by the pound you can’t go wrong they will mix and match any flavors but of course the chocolate chip are the top seller. Soft but yeah they’re nice crunch around the outside. The milk is ice cold. Always friendly and always making fresh batches every all day.

Best sugar and white chocolate macadamia cookies ever. I love that the edges are crisp to perfection with the center still soft.

I took these for granted when I lived in Santa Maria.
Now I am far away and I miss them so much.
This place has gotten the formula DOWN. They have the crispy edges with the soft and chewy centers, and they even serve (somehow) the most delicious milk to go with it. As a kid, I was super crazy for this. I think it cost closer to a dollar then (ahem, late nineties) and is only about $ 2 now, so I think that rose with the price of everything else pretty fairly.

InThe cookies at this place are amazing, but the service is disgraceful. They have a lack of respect for their customers. I went in to retrieve some delicious cookies at 6:15 after watching a movie at the indoor theatre. They were already counting the money and appeared to be closed. I went up to the counter to ask if they were closed, there were two girls working at the time. One of the girls replied that they were still open and I asked until when, they said until 7pm. The only cookies they had out were the prewrapped big cookies and some rice crispy treats (about 12 items in total). I was not happy that I could not buy my 1 pound of chocolate chip cookies I usually buy. I live 4 hours away and I always come to this place for cookies but it is very disappointing that even after still having 45 mins until closing they could not make any cookies for us or the customers who were also disappointed behind us. I felt I had no choice but to buy one of the big wrapped cookies because that’s all they had left. Honestly I think they are just lazy and don’t care for the companies profit not have customer service as the manager was not there and they easily could had made a lot more money if they were actually offering cookies to sell within that last hour of apparently still being open! All in all if your a cookie company and you’re open you’ve better have some cookies.

THE BEST COOKIES EVER!
Every time I am at this mall I have to get some cookies. There is normally a line but the cashiers are fast. They sell by the dollar or by the lb. I always get $ 2 of chocolate chip cookies and $ 2 of white chocolate & macadamia cookies. I think they raised their prices, because $ 1 of each used to satisfy my craving. BUT it is still worth it and it is still inexpensive for a delicious snack while shopping.

I absolutely love their sugar cookies. No longer live in SM, but I always make sure to grab some cookies for the road.

I’ve always loved this cookie place since I was a young kid. More than 25 years later I still love it. I moved out of SM to northern cali (sf/​oak) like 19 years ago and I still find my way to getting these dangerous cookies. My parents told me that the mall is really lonely. Not much business. I hope they don’t go out of business cause of their surroundings. It cost about $ 12.64 a pound. I guess it’s worth it since I can really find any other places with such buttery cookies. It’s a must try. I always love their choc chip and sugar cookies. Since I haven’t been there is soooooo long I don’t really know what other flavors they have… So I always just request the same kind!

Great cookies as usual! We have been coming to this place for years never any complaints until today… the soda didn’t taste right (almost no carbonation) and they never bothered to fix it or check it only offer us lemonade. The one girl with brown hair in a bun kinda tall had the most nasty attitude EVER throughout our exchange of business! It was seriously horrible. She almost makes us never want to return again. I guess she got mad that we were indecisive and ruining her free time or something. It’s almost obvious that she knew she was wrong bc she made absolutely no eye contact either. Such a shame for a great cookie place.

They have a wide selection and they really are the best cookies I’ve eaten. I never buy enough to satisfy.

They sell these cookies by weight and boy are they good. They have a nice buttery taste to them that I love. Their macadamia nut cookies are really good. The people who work there act like they want to be there. I think they only serve about 5 different type of cookies, but that is probably why what little cookies the serve are so good.

I’m not much a sweets person but these are AWESOME cookies. Nice peeps too.

These cookies are TO DIE FOR! If it wasn’t for the cookies, I’d never go to the mall! The cookies seem like they’re just pure sugar & butter that just melt in your mouth. I brought some of these cookies to my out of towner friends and they’ve never had a cookie so delicious as the ones from the cookie cookery. Even years later, they’ll remember how wonderfully delicious these cookies are! Not only are they so good, they’re pretty affordable. A quarter pound is around $ 3; yeah, it’s like only a few cookies but it’s enough to satisfy my cookie craving. There’s other items too like brownies & macaroons but my favorite are the chocolate chip, white chocolate macademia, and the good ol’ sugar cookie. They’ve been around since I could remember and I hope they’ll forever be around!!!

I have been going to the cookie cookery since I was little and now 25 years later I drive 2.5 hours a few times a year for the best cookies ever!
