Drove all the way here just to be told they are out of «meat» so no burgers, no chicken sandwiches… How is this possible and why are they still open? What happened to all of their meat? Very strange and disconcerting.

Oh Wow! Santa Maria, Ca. It was horrid!(Both this one and main st) this place, I have been around the world, and I’m pretty sure this was the worst jack in the box EVER! drive thru smelt like a bad hung over ally! after the drive thru, I was scared to eat the food, but, it was 12:00 and hadn’t had a chance to eat since 7am, the fries were ok and the hamburger was blah. I LOVE Jack in the box, but ill never come to this jack in the box again, its got food positing written all over it!

Worst experience ever I got accused of having my burger in my munchie meal(never gotten it) and I even showed them all the bags then another worker came and said I seen her put it in the bag and i just got fed up and left with my food and still didn’t get my burger I also believe the worker was new so I really don’t recommend this place unless you like to argue and getting accused ! Lol

Worst place to drive thru!!! Everytime they mess up orders and the managment has a horrible attitude. I thought managers fix problems not make them worst. Dont waste your money or time in here.

Went here about a month ago, I usually opt for late-night drive thru but this was in the afternoon. Waited incredibly long for my food but not sure that it was because it was being prepared. The employees should be taught how to recognize that nobody wants cold food.

Called and asked a simple question that no one seems to know the answer too. When are the holiday shakes coming out? «I dont know» click…

S-L-O-W food. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Been here over 15 minutes and still waiting for food. No one seems to be in a hurry yet food is still just slapped together. Waste of time, waste of money. I definitely won’t come here again or recommend to others.

We got our food all cold. Service took more time than the competitors. Flavor not as I remembered. No more Jack for us.

I have found this restaurant to be if nothing else reliable. I also find the help to be friendly and efficient. I have had a couple orders somewhat crossed in the past but nothing major to prevent me from coming back. Like sometimes if I ask for easy mayonnaise on my jumbo Jack, they end up putting heavy mayonnaise instead… I will continue to pop in here once every couple weeks because it’s just so convenient.

I like driving here because of the nice views of SM Inn and the residential area. We had the Sour Dough Jack and a Sour Dough Cheese Steak which LOOKed delicious on the advertisements and on the website, but it didn’t taste that great. The tacos and egg rolls were good are always a winner. Overall, I still like Jack in the Box for it’s different kinds of foods. But again, my favorite hamburgers are from Wendy’s and Red Robin.

So I decided to go for an impulse visit through the drive thru because I came across a handful of coupons I had in my car for this location and I felt like a smoothie and something quick to eat. I proceeded to the order speaker and was greeted by the cashier. I explained to her that I had a buy one get one free coupon for the smoothie. She asked me what size and I said it reads of equal or lesser value. She continued to say something about the coupon but I could not understand her through the speaker system. She went silent for about 5 seconds and I asked if this was okay or not. She came back on and said, «just bring it to the window!» I then said should I order the rest of my food or just order everything at the window and she replied with, «just order the rest now!» From that small window of conversation, I could already sense the attitude she had towards me and my coupon confusion. I ordered two sour dough jacks because I also had a buy one get one free coupon. I proceeded to the window to be greeted with a very rude young lady with an attitude. I handed her my coupons and she looked at the smoothie one and said, «looks like you got your restaurants confused, this is from Burger King.» Okay, I’m sorry, I made a mistake. They honestly looked exactly the same, minus the small logo on the bottom corner that I over looked. After feeling stupid from the way she made me feel, I went ahead and ordered two small smoothies at regular price. No problem! She couldn’t figure out how to ring up the other coupon for the Sourdough Jack’s and asked another lady for assistance. They went back and forth for about 2 minutes with each other trying to ring it up and then she shut the window. Again, no problem, the window should be shut for safety reasons. Finally, the other woman who appeared to be a manager opened the window and stated the total and rang up my order. I asked her if she was the manager and she replied, «no I;m not, I’m just the person in charge.» I asked her if she’s in charge but not the manager and she again stated, «yes, the manager will be leaving in an hour.» I had no idea what that statement meant. The main problem I have with this very negative visit was the attitude of the employees. I made a simple mistake and I take responsibility for it and was willing to pay regular price for something I wanted anyways. There was no reason to be made to feel stupid or to receive the attitude I was given. When I drove up to the window, no kidding, about four of the employees were gathered around waiting to see who the idiot was driving up. I told the original cashier that I was sorry for the confusion but I could not understand her through the speaker. She replied with, «I wasn’t the one who took your order.» I tried to apologize but again was received with such attitude. The cashier even made several irritated, rolling eye gestures to me while going about preparing my order. There was no reason for this and if they would of approached the situation with humor and positive customer service, they could of succeeded in me having a positive experience. Instead, they seemed proud to call me out on my mistake and make themselves look right. In conclusion, I don’t work there and it’s not my job. I expect them as an employee of the company to advise me of what was acceptable. After all, I did start the conversation with a question if the coupon was acceptable. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this same location and I will never return!

Worst experience at Jack in the Box ever. Silvia clear sees me walking in, shuts the door. Then she she begins to sweep the floor, only to get dust all over my feet! I get to the register, there are at least 3 employees and none wants to help me out. Only person to order food and its been over 5 minutes. I’m hungry! :( (7 minutes pass) Just found out that my food has been sitting at the heat lamp because they forgot about it. Fail
