The absolute best! Would highly recommend to everyone!!! Friendly & extremely knowledgeable.

All I can say is Dr. Phillips is AMAZING. I went in as a new patient for my yearly check up. I met with him in his office where he took his time and asked all sorts of questions about my general well being. He was extremely professional and thorough, from making sure I knew how to properly examine my own breasts for lumps (he even offered a test-​model to practice on) to asking about my daily consumption of caffeine, which who knew could result in breast tenderness.
He did all of the usual tests at my annual and not only tried to call me (the same day he got the results back) but when my voicemail was full, he emailed me just to say everything was NORMAL. Usually, when normal test results come back you don’t hear anything from the doctor’s office. Not so with Dr. Phillips. He truly cares about his patients and if you have any apprehensions about any gyno issue, Dr. Phillips will make you feel at ease.

Dr Phillips is the best Obgyn in Los Angeles, he is not only knowledgable but also caring, compassionate and very skilled! He is one of the few doctors who truly looks out for their patients well being and you can tell that he loves what he does! I’m so happy to have found him and I highly recommend him to any pregnant or non pregnant women!!!
