Just walked into the shop with my boyfriend, Ryan. Gus was super personable and welcoming. The décor is a throw back to the good ol’ days when gents and dames wore their top notch attire for the night out. We live in Echo Park, but without a doubt, we will be returning with more hat loving friends!

Gustavo manages this store and while he does you are in the best hands. I bought a hat from another store location (Vegas) and it was too big for my head. Though it was sized to fit it, it still looked funny to me and I came to realize this after my purchase. I took it into the Santa Monica location, not expecting to be helped, considering that I didn’t buy it there and my purchase was made a couple months before. I was greeted with the utmost professionalism and poise by Gustavo and his team. It was by far the best customer service that I’ve ever received. It took time to sort out finding me a new hat (a burden that wasn’t his nor theirs to begin with) and though it was one that couldn’t be replaced, I felt as though it had because of the amazing service I received. They are a class act, above and beyond the rest. Worth your time! I highly recommend this store and its staff!!!
