I wish I could give half a star.
Over-​priced! Rude! Absolutely no customer service at all!
I wanted to get a pair of glasses, but found them at a department store for a much lower price,
Innocently I stopped by and asked if they would match the price of the department store and the owner was so rude and made a scene, instead of thanking me for stopping by at his store to give him the chance to sell me for a reasonable price. I felt very uncomfortable.
I have bought in the past a pair of glasses in this store but will never come back — pretty sure they are just «fishing» tourists over there who don’t care for a long term customer service or shopping experience.

Went in to find a pair of glasses that I bought in Italy and lost. James was so helpful, absolute best customer service ever. I’ll be back!

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their return and exchange policy is intentionally prohibitive, also the management is very rude. Do not waste your time or money, especially since the Sunglass Hut down the street offers the exact opposite experience at a better price. Sadly made the mistake of purchasing a pair or sunglasses for Christmas and they do not inform you of their return/​exchange policy, but instead just add it to the receipt. I’m shocked that businesses like this are still in existence. Don’t waste your money with them.
