Solid selection but bought an expensive pair of sunglasses during a promotion and got a $ 75 gift card that expired in a month after my purchase, only they don’t tell you that it expires when you get it. I don’t think most companies most companies give away gift cards that expire or expire that soon. Sunglass hut has better selection and return policy

These guys were great!
Bought an expensive pair of sunglasses in Florida at another Solstice and the lens fell out a few days later. Brought the glasses back into the Santa Monica store and explained my problem and they took them back and looked to find where another nearby store had them in their inventory, and they called me when they were ready.
I guess this is where service and expensive products converge to deliver a high level of service. Thought they might balk at the exchange, not knowing their policy but they were great. Getting in and out of the mall is really easy and really nice, something very difficult to accomplish in the crowded and cramped Santa Monica retail scene. Will definitely be back!

Great customer service! I walked into this store to see if they could adjust my Kate Spade sunglasses that the Kate Spade store could not help (a-​hem…). The salesperson there not only replaced the screw, but also helped to adjust my sunglasses so they fit even better. Mind you, I did not buy my sunglasses there nor did I buy any sunglasses today when I was there. The salesperson was so gracious! Now I want to go back there and actually buy a pair!

Great spot for high end sunglasses! These guys can really assist in differentiating and helping decide between a bunch of different options. We had great customer service and they gave an instant rebate, so the sunglasses seemed reasonable priced.

Upon walking into this store, I found the perfect pair of sunglasses but of course, I didn’t buy them. So for the next week, I tried to look for the same pair at Nordstrom, Sunglass Hut, and even my local Solstice but none of them had it.
I called this specific location to make sure they still had it in stock and asked them to hold it for me for 3 days. The guy said he’d do his best but seemed unsure. Worried that my sunglasses would be sold, I decided to go pick it up close to closing time but the guy offered to stay a little late for me.
I finally get there and he spends the next hour with me, as I was indecisive between two colors. I’m sure I was quite annoying but he was so helpful, cleaning and adjusting the sunglasses over and over and over.
This is the best customer service I have ever encountered.
