I absolutely am over-​the-​top happy with my experience at State Farm all because of Jose Carrillo! Jose really makes my experience great! It’s so amazing. Jose not only offers sound insurance advice, he is a great person and a great family man. He gives advice to me like I’m his little sister — even though, I might be old enough to be his mom, maybe not his mom, but for sure his auntie. I love those guys.

I’ve been a State Farm customer since I turned 16. I am now 38 and am happy to still be a customer. We moved to CA four years ago and Kristi Isaac and staff have always been super helpful and very courteous with each and every communication. I’ve spoken with Jose several times during these four years and he always takes the time to explain and offer suggestions whenever asked. It’s much appreciated in this busy, fast-​paced world.

I am a recent new-​home owner, and needed home-owner’s insurance, as well as full-​coverage on my car. Being a home-​owner I needed to increase my coverage greatly in order to protect my assets. Jose is very patient in answering all questions, but before that he really breaks down all potential concerns and provides all information needed to make the decision best for you. This was of crucial importance to me because I wanted to make sure I was well-​covered, but I also didn’t want to overspend on coverage I didn’t need.
I truly can’t say enough good things about this guy and this office. My boss uses them and he uses nothing but the best. I feel extremely fortunate to have an insurance agent office such as this one having my back.

An insurance agent who TRULY cares!!! My husband & I recently moved from Southern California to Sun Valley, Idaho and unfortunately we have to leave our very favorite insurance agent, Kristi Isaac, and her incredible State Farm team. They have been absolutely terrific to deal with these past 10+ years. We have insured 3 homes and 8 cars with them. Kristi, Karina and Jose have always been highly professional and definitely know their stuff, getting us cheaper rates than even USAA! We were once on vacation when we received a call from them saying they heard there was a fire in our area and asking if we wanted them to run over and grab anything of value out of our home for us. My mother-​in-​law was so impressed with this call that she too moved all her insurance accounts over to Kristi. They truly are the BEST insurance company we have ever worked with. While we will stay with State Farm here in Idaho, we are definitely going to miss Kristi & her amazing team.

About a year ago I bought my first BMW. And my insurance rates went up so high! I contacted kristi isaaks office and my insurance ended up less than my Honda premium! The whole staff is amazing! They practically do everything for me when I have to update my mileage etc. they are seriously, by far, the best insurance agency I have ever been with. No joke!
