Oreck

Full disclosure: I ended up not buying an Oreck here, but a Dyson. How? Well, the service guy was so knowledgable he wanted to make a sale and he was nice and gave us a decent price on it.
I really wanted an Oreck bagless, and despite the fact they still sell them online at Oreck’s site, they are phasing them out. Too bad as it was rated quite high but I guess if you’re known for making one thing and one thing only, (bagged vacuums) people don’t like it when you change your brand.
So we were just about to walk out and the sales guy said «hey look I have a Dyson here, if you want a bagless.» He figured out a decent sale price and boom.
Does that make me wish Oreck had a bagless vacuum? You better believe it. But if/​when the Dyson fails, I’ll go back and buy one from that guy because he’s a great representative of the company overall.
If you want a bagged vacuum you should come here. No pressure, just knowledgeable staff. Oh and they do repairs, too. Good to know.

Fastastic service and as the last reviewer said, my vacuum was carried from my car and when I picked it up it was also carried to my car. I had a very bad experience with the previous Oreck clean center on Montana. Their service was just terrible and it would take an entire week to get the vacuum back. This center has it done in a day or two. Fabulous service in comparison and I’m told that this is a new franchise and has nothing to do with the center on Montana.

Superb customer service. Al carried my vacuum to and from my car upon drop off and pick up, and that was BEFORE he knew I had a two month old baby with me! They did an excellent job on the tune up, it was a great experience. 4 stars instead of 5 because the stain remover I purchased didn’t pull up a large, dark, tea stain I had hoped it would, but it did pull up a few less severe stains.
