All I can say is «wow». Craig contracted with our HOA to maintain our spa and water wall. Under Palm Pool and Spas supervision, our water wall was mis– serviced repeatedly over several years. I always gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. Lots of excuses as to why he wasn’t able to maintain the wall properly or chiding his staff on cutting corners. When the water wall was so damaged that it was an eye sore, we went back to the manufacturer who pointed out that the wall was obviously mis serviced to the point of no repair. Craig refused to take responsibility for this. Then simultaneously just quit servicing our spa without notification. Thus damaging our spa and it’s components. One of the most unprofessional operations I’ve ever encountered. See you in court buddy!

BEWARE!!! He talks a good talk. I fired him because he did not do a good job as I we just had our pool replastered and it cost us $ 5000.00. He was angry because I did not want to use him anymore. When I spoke to him again he was so so sweet and asked to give him another chance, so I did. His pool man came and left mounds of leaves around my pool for us to clean up??? So I called Craig and left him a message and explained and once again did not need his servics and to please send me a bill for the 1 service call. Next thing I know the pool guy shows up and I told him that I called Craig and discontinued service. Well then the Bully Craig comes knocking at my door demanding $ 100.00 and says that I disconnected my phonesand he said that I was suppose to clean up the leaves and that most of his clients leave a can by the pool huh? The cans are on the side of the house on your way out. I had a house full of workers and he really tried to embarrass me, but they know me and have been working with me for years and they thought he was just a desperate and pitiful person. He tried to bully me a woman, can you imagine? Then my workers saw and heard him talking bad about me to the neighbors about me not paying my bills and the awful person that I am. What a businessman!

Craig is awesome. His company has always been on time and his cleaners have always treated my pool as if it were his own. Summer’s just around the corner and if you have kids that wanna swim or wanna have parties, Palm Pool Service is the way to take care of your best summer asset. The one star doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Great service with a professional company will always get a great review from me and vice versa.

We have this huge perfectly round pool… yes round… and it is super deep too. I could probably name just about every pool company in LA because everyone of them have worked on the pool and then evaporated like the water in the pool! I found Palm Pool Service & Repair with a simple Google search after the new regular pool guy didn’t show up again and the pool was starting look a bit more like a lake. Craig stopped by, on time because he is a normal business man not some kid that rushed like he was late for his Biology 101 class over at Valley Community College(not that I don’t respect education!) Craig gave me a really detailed quote, an actual quote and then proceeded to do exactly what he quoted! Refreshing… just like my pool! My pool is so happy, I am so happy, my neighbors are happy too… These guys do exactly what they say they will do. The pool is sparkling clean and no more great lakes of Los Angeles(psst…that means no algae, which is what you want in a back yard pool!) They always show up on time and can fix anything! It’s now been over a year and I’ve stuck with Craig and Palm Pool Service. I can now say I have one and only one pool service when I had like 8 the year before! If you want a solid, dependable company hanging out in your back yard, taking care of your pool, then call Craig at Palm Pool and you’ll have your neighbors eyeing your glorious blue pool and offering to come make you cocktails and rub sunscreen on your back on a Saturday afternoon, just so they can swim!
