I love finding a real toy store that isn’t part of a big box chain. This one was fantastic on several fronts. They had the newest, unusual toys we’d not had luck finding in other places, but the best part was the service. I wish we’d gotten the salesperson’s name, because he deserves major kudos. He was excited to help us find what we were looking for, made great suggestions for other items we would like(and we did!), and while we were sure he was supposed to be closing up, he reassured us the store was open for business. He even showed us how to play a new game we hadn’t seen before. I assumed he was the owner, but just before we left, when I asked, he said, no, he’s just a salesperson. I sure hope the owner reads this and knows what great service his employee gave.

Ok giving this 4 stars not because of the selection but because of location. You are on Main Street. It lacks anything really for the kids. This place is a life saver if your other is shopping and you don’t want to wait at a bar. Of course this is during non farmer’s market times. It looks like an antique toy store but once you go inside the toys are mostly recent and a decent selection for all. Very small but for kids it does the trick. Great service by the way.

I went here looking for toys for my niece and nephew. It is small and was full of people but I was able to navigate just fine. The shelves were surprisingly organized and the staff very helpful and efficient. I asked if they had boy stickers and they showed me where to find them. The manager of the store is a smart lady, she had the employees create ahead of time wrapping paper already pre-taped for various sizes of gifts. There were several sizes all organized and ready to go with ribbons and to/from labels. This made the checkout process easier for the free gift wrap! I didn’t realize there is more than one puzzle zoo but I am glad to see a small, specialty toy shop competing against the conglomerates. They have your typical assortment of games but also specialty items like Hello Kitty, Star Wars, etc. Sure to find something for your little one or young at heart toy lover!

Pretty cool little toy store on Main Street. It’s not very big, but they do offer a lot of toys, collectables, and games in here. Everything from bobbleheads to vinyl toys to ant farms, and everything in between. I bought the coolest little Star Wars Chewbacca bobblehead in here in order to please my inner-nerd. He looks pretty pimp between my Dexter and Dwight Schrute bobbleheads on my desk I must admit! Then even have some original action figures still in the package… ones like Spawn, Star Wars, Marvel comics, etc. The sales woman was very nice and friendly. The prices are on par with all the corporate stores, with a better/low-key selection. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the neighborhood!

1. I liked that they were stocked with Bananagrams, while Target was out 2. They sales girl was friendly, fantastic and didn’t lose her cool as store filled and lines formed 3. Wrapped my gifts perfectly and for free! 4. 4 stars since they didn’t ship from this location and has to hit the Venice Post Office for a 1 star experience, but that’s a whole other review

Come here for toys & collectibles! I come here for the little Hello Kitty section they have in the front part of the store. It’s not much, but I found cute HK collectibles. 2 stars for carrying HK! I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop by here, but if I’m in the area, I’ll walk over to see what they got. The store owner?! Asian lady in there… isn’t that friendly, but she did let us bring our yorkie in. Paid street or parking lot, so bring coins! Good place to get gifts for kids!
