Right at Home

Horrible experience from beginning to end. One «caregiver» they sent texted on her phone all day to her boyfriend… or should I say «sexted». How did I find out? Not only did I receive one such sext by accident «Big Daddy» but my 84-​year-​old father told me she’d been doing this all week and if he asked for help she would groan and be all annoyed that he was interrupting her.
The caregiver they sent to replace her was far worse. I found my father in his own feces, crying when I arrived, and the Right at Home caregiver in the other room watching WWE full blast. My dad said he’d be yelling for help but this ignorant fat cow couldn’t hear him.
Both Right at Home caregivers were late every single day, sometimes by 15 – 20 minutes; others by an hour or more. And none of the Right at Home caregivers looked anything like the caregivers in the pictures posted here.
I switched immediately to Filipino American Personal Health Care Services and couldn’t be happier with the excellent caregivers they employ and the management team.

I recently needed transportation from hospital to my home, as well as the running of several errands on the way. «Right At Home» had a package that included four hours of service with transportation by a Nurse Assistant. The Nurse was on time, professional, courteous and welcome company. The cost was only $ 95.00 — which I think is a bargain in this environment.

My dad is a very intelligent, demanding 93 year old with mild dementia and RAH provides the ABSOLUTE BEST in class care for him. Tim, Wiley and their staff are conscientous, attentive, compassionate, energetic and anticipated every single one of his and our needs. We have dealt with many at home providers and no one has ever come close to the quality of care that RAH Santa Monica provides. They deserve the highest praise possible!

Tim at Right at Home was very helpful in finding caregivers for a neighbor that we were looking after. When a friend and neighbor became sick with cancer we could no longer provide the round-​the-​clock care that was needed but Tim’s response was great, no problem at all with getting a caregiver with flexible hours at short notice.
