This place has the worst customer service. Shocking. Do not give your money to a business that is not thankful to have customers. The owner is bitter and bad tempered. Our code was not working to open the gate and was let in by a customer heading out, an older man «I’m assuming the owner, because he yelled that this was his property» came out, rudely stating we should not be in there without our code when obviously we had a key to our storage and he has seen us before. It was not our fault his gate did not work despite entering the correct code, oh and by the way he was sitting in his office by the gate watching us struggle to get in without offering to help. Instead of asking us why we did not enter our code to get in, he came charging at us. It gets worst, as I tried to show him we had a key and our code and he should offer to help rather than be rude to a customer. He immediately snapped, he started screaming and stated now he’s being rude and will call the cops on us. I’ve never been in such shock to receive this kind of service after my parents have been paying for a storage unit for several years. I rather have my parents pay more else where than to give business to an owner like that. A customer should never be treated like this. This is one of the most affordable storage units in the area, but that doesn’t mean you have to be treated like trash, pay more for a place that values your business.

This place has terrible service. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for better service. Take ur stuff somewhere else.

These people are some of the finest people around. I have so much stuff in storage that I’ve got 5 storage units in 4 different facilities. But if I’d known of Barham first, they’d all be there instead. Their prices hardly ever get raised, unlike the other storage facilities that keep raising their prices 10 or 20 dollars each year. And the people there are really service oriented. The facility is clean and safe. A great choice for storage, and in my very astute opinion, the best in Sonoma County. And you can take that to the bank.

I’ve used four or five storage places around town but this is the only one I’ll stick with. The facility is actually a large, fenced, gated, asphalt lot with rows and rows of shipping containers. It’s been run by the same, stable, pleasant couple for all the years that I have been patronizing them and I have never had issues with access or security.
