Been here several times and service is always horrible. Usually one server behind counter who burned one of our bagels today while letting the other get cold while taking other orders. Plus the burned bagel had a hair in it. Ick.

They are terrible about receiving phone orders!!! They either don’t answer or it’s busy for hours at a time. They have lost my business for sure and I’m sure others as well. Pick up your phone!!!
