Got the club sandwich, good sandwich but bacon needs to be cooked more. Make sure to ask for«Crispy Bacon» Everyone likes there Bacon Crisp it should be the standard way to cook bacon!

Most AMAZING food I have ever had. Super great service. The owner explained the food, and how they have it cooked. Will DEFINITELY come back here again!

I grew up in a small town in Oregon that had a hamburger shack also called Charburger. This place in Santa Rosa has the same flavor. The burger was hot and tasted fresh. The onion rings were not greasy. Good food!

In N Out used to be my burger place not any more. I was in the mall shopping and found it they took over the old burger king location. You can definitely tell the meat is fresh so are all the other ingredients. Will definitely be back

My husband and I tried Char Burger and enjoyed it. After getting gristle in my burger from In and Out a few times and even from Healdsburg bar and grill, we sought out a new burger joint. Better than other fast food places, we found the burgers to be good quality. No gristle here! Definitely a good value. We had bacon cheeseburgers and shared the fries. Plenty of food. We will be back.

Tried the double charr. Dry, under seasoned, charred meat covered up by lots of lettuce mayo and more cheese than necessary, on a soggy burnt bun. Avoid for bad cooking.

This was me and my boyfriends first time at Char Burger, it will also be our last. We tried to order bacon on our burgers and we couldn’t because they«didn’t have any», then why is it on your menu? Also I tried to order a milkshake which they«didn’t have either.» Also on the menu. Once we got our order it was completely wrong. My burger and my boyfriends had stuff we didn’t order on it. The fries were burnt and the soda was a cup of ice. Do not recommend going there, worse dine out experience we’ve had. Wish I could rate Char Burger with no stars.

Located in the former Burger King, a new char-broil burger place has finally opened after months of remodeling. The place looks kind of sterile with the daylight color temperature lights. The menu is very straightforward and there are many options for burgers, sandwiches, and sides(potato). The prices are okay for what you receive. I ended up ordering a double burger and side of fries. The burger came with plenty of very fresh produce(lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles) and bread that seemed fresh. The meat had that char taste but not as much like Burger King. The fries come in a small tray but they’re thick. They’re the longest fries I’ve ever seen at a fast-food place. I wish there were a bit more fries in each serving. Fries were only okay, some were crisp, some weren’t. I may be back in a few months to see if they’ve changed.
