CVA Drywall

I am super disappointed with them now. I was so pleased with my previous experience even writing a 5 star review praising the services I received, however I am singing a different tune now. My husband & I called them for a small several times without a return phone call. I am baffled why they wouldn’t call us back, return customers, especially since I expressed to Clint the many future projects we had. Guess they are not interested in retaining good customers.

CVA Drywall did our ceilings and kitchen walls and they look great. Clint and his crew are timely, professional and do a wonderful job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend CVA Drywall.

We had CVA drywall mud our ceilings and several walls. Working with Clint was no nonsense: he emailed a reasonable quote and work was performed as promised. When something needed to be fixed he came right out and took care of it, no questions asked. Everything looks great, I will recommend CVA in the future.

Clint and Carlos really helped me out after I got left high and dry by Dan the Painter. They were kind, didn’t screw us, and did a great job! I recommend:)

Perfect walls! Clint and Carlos were fast, efficient, and took great pride in their work. They even came back and fixed another contractor’s mistakes! Cost was substantially lower than other bids and CVA’s bid included more work. I would only hire CVA Drywall in the future.

CVA was ok. I have used them a couple times and noticed they have difficulty cleaning up after themselves. They also installed 5/​8″ sheetrock instead of ½″ in one location, which typically isn’t a big deal but for me it meant drilling into the already framed wall horizontally by an 1/​8″ to make the medicine cabinet fit. There was also a substantial amount of overspray from the texturing gun left on the non-​textured walls.

I came across CVA Drywall after doing a google search for local companies and they were one of the only ones that really stood out to me. They had a website with pictures, including their license number and upon looking it up it was active and good! Yes that sounds strange to be happy about but out of all the people we contacted for the job they either did not have a license or they gave me a number for an expired license. Either way in the end we were extremely happy with our choice of using CVA Drywall. He started the work promptly, finished it in a timely manner, had a very nice guy that worked for him on the job and more importantly the work turned out beautifully! We have a lot more work to do in our house down the road and we will for sure be using him again and recommending him to others! Thanks Clint!

CVA Drywall was referred to me by a friend for whom they did very good work. My friend commented on how responsive Clint (the owner) was. My initial experience was the same and he even helped me think through the job before quoting it. I called when he didn’t show up to start the job and he hasn’t returned my 3 calls since. Pretty disappointing from a guy that seemed to get it.

I just felt like I should take a moment to share how impressed I was with the work done by Clint at CVA Drywall. I actually found him on CL and he was my second choice. I had a guy recommended through local «people in the know» who I figured I would go with. I had both people come out to check out the job and give me estimates. Clint came over exactly when he said he would and gave me a written estimate within 24 hours. Never heard from the other guy. The job wasn’t very big at all, so maybe he didn’t need the money!!!
Clint started the job that week and had it finished before he said he would. In fact, early on in the job, he realized it would take less time than he originally bid, so he knocked a couple hundred bucks off the price! The young man he had working with him was great, too-​very polite and conscientious. Did I mention I was home with a very new baby? These guys were not noisy and were so clean. Clint’s brother is a painter, so he came in and did the painting. Also great work! He even painted over some spots on my wall because I mentioned them (completely unrelated to the job.) The gentleman working with him was also very good.
No complaints, whatsoever (hence the 5 stars). In fact, I would recommend CVA Drywall to anyone who needed that type of work done.
