I LOVE Joe Video — both locations! I don’t own a TV, only have a big screen monitor to watch movies on. Joe Video has a great selection to choose from… I’ve rented the entire «Weeds» series, «Nurse Jackie,» «Dexter,» «6 Feet Under,» «North and South,» «Doc Marten» and many other individual movies. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, and their prices are very affordable!

Had to fill a police report physical attacked by employee in front of my four year old daughter and a friend who recorded it, my hair was pulled I was kicked in the stomach which I guess joe promotes this literally because this 30 year old doing a 16 year old kid summer job since he still works there said some really racist things got called some ghetto ass
if there was a option it would be three negative stars. Been going here for years never had an issue until the gay tellie tubbie who hates his job checked me out. Wish they allowed video post so you all could see it. Who would have thought something like this would fly in Santa Rosa California felt like some down south no niggas allowed stuff.

I love Joe’s! They have such a great selection and if they don’t have a title I want, they offer to try to order it. The owner is super nice too, always goes out of his way to recommend things he thinks I would like. And their DVD and Blu-​rays for sale are a great deal!

I honestly don’t even want to give this place 1 star. HORRIBLE service! Especially from a gentleman who works there and was wearing a «Big Fish» shirt when I went in. My boyfriend and I specifically asked him if a particular tv series on DVD was a 7 day rental and he told us yes. Yet when we were being checked out he told us they were 3 day rentals. All in all it was confusing and I will never go back there again.

i gave up on netflix because i never watched it anymore. i go in here once a week now because of the novelty and the better selection, not to mention the pin ball machines!

This place is wonderful. Titles you can’t find on line. BBC etc. Be prepared to spend some time to look over all the different selections. The prices are very fair, as well as the rental policy. The best part is, it is supporting the local economy. They also have another store on Stony Point road. They will order a title for you (no charge).

About four years ago we moved into the neighborhood i remeber trying to talk my wife into getting some mail order movie deal (netflix, blockbuster) and thankfully she talked me out of it by pushing the «go local» attitude. Local or not i’d drive clear across town to rent from the Stony Point store. I love their selection, prices, pinball, and kids section. And the staff!!! The friendlest, coolest, nicest, ATTENTIVE people ive ever met. Beau, Lito, Josh, you guys are the best! And i wont forget you either Isabella, your a sweetheart. You all make my bad days good and my good days better. By far the best video store ever, with a rad staff that treats me like family.

I just started going ot Joe Video and I love it! The prices are great, they have everything I have ever asked for including things that Blockbuster and Hollywood Video haven’t had and their customer service is wonderful. Joe and Bo are very helpful and knowledgable about movies I show interest in, plus they have great recommendations. My new favorite video store!!!

Great old-​school feel with modern vids. Signed up in minutes, seemed like all I kept hearing was ways to get a good deal! Joe was quick, helpful and anticipated what we’d need to know. Glad to be a member.

I freaking LOVE this place! You can rent four blu-​rays or DVDs for ten dollars, and most of them are seven day rentals! The staff is SUPER friendly, remembers most people by thier face, is always willing to help you find something perfect for your entertainment! There’s an employee named Joe, he is SUPER sweet and always has the BEST recomendations! He and the rest of the staff will greet everyone who walks in the door with a warm welcome! You owe it to yourself to drop blockbuster and netflix like a bad habit and give Joe video a try. You won’t be sorry!

This place rocks. They have a great selection of DVD’s. They have a great rental deal everyday of rent 2 get 2.
The staff is always friendly and eager to jump in and help you find the movie your looking for. And if your not sure what movie you want, they will narrow down what type you are in the mood for and recommend specific movies for you. They usually can even tell you about the movies and what they liked and didn’t like.
If they don’t have the movie you are looking for, they will attempt to find it, and bring it into the store for rental.
They have DVD, BlueRay, New Release, Old Releases even a room of Adult movies. A little something for everyone, no matter what your looking for.
