This is the best store I have ever shopped at for a purse. I wanted a stylish cross body that goes with anything but was not ready to spend money. The entire staff and management gave me the feeling that I was the only person in the store. I left the store with a cross body, a jet set tote and a gun medal Kinley (which I did not expect to buy) but I absolutely love! This store is amazing don’t listen to the few bad comments

I bought a wristlets here in late July for a trip I was taking the first week of September. While on my trip the stitching of my MK came undone. I was really disappointed but knew I had my tags at home still. When I came back from my trip I went down to the store and told the man who sold me the purse what happened. I stated that I had the tags and no receipt but he in fact sold me the bag. He said he didn’t remember me and that I’d have to wait until all the stitching came undone and then I’d have to send it in to be repaired. He also said that other places sell MK and how would he know I bought it here (when he in fact sold it to me). He then asked me if I had a bank statement to prove my purchase. Probably thinking who would bring a bank statement to the mall?! But, I did! I had my bank app and looked it up, and boom! There it was, date, and amount and all. He rudely gave me a new bag no questions asked at that point. He didn’t even apologize, or say thank you, nothing. Just walked away to help the next victim about to purchase a $ 100+ cheaply made MK bag. I will be going to Macy’s from now on. Rude customer service here, no thank you!

Don’t bother giving your business here. If you want a MK bag go through Nordstrom where a) They have a return policy in the event your bag does not work out b) Have better customer service c) Free shipping.
You think the fact this store is always empty they would treat each customer with the best customer service possible is not the case unfortunately. I have bought two purses here and left annoyed each time. First purse I got was crumpled, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be «high maintenance» ended up being a bad idea because the leather tassels began to crack after a week and they would not let me exchange it. Second purse they gave me another crumpled one! You best believe I was high maintenance, I made them go back two times for a perfect purse which I was greeted with attitude. I’m thinking I been in retail, your backroom must be a hot mess, store your merchandise better!

I’m a bit of a handbag collector, and I’m a fan of Michael’s designs. I shop here about every 2 – 3 months for new colors, I love the Selma and the new Cynthia. I love the people that work here and I like seeing familiar and new faces in the store. The only reason that I’m giving this store 3 stars is because the last couple of times a tall blonde lady has been on her phone when there are customers in there. I was there last week and she was making crude jokes to the blonde employee who was trying to start a conversation with me. Other than that, I would give this store 5 stars!

If I can put 0 star here, I will! Every holidays I’m buying 3−4handbags in this store for a gift and mostly I pay in cash. Last December I returned 1 bag dated dec30,2014 they said they’re going to mail my check 4−6weeks. Today 2−17−15 I didn’t receive any check from them, the said they mailed it in a wrong Address and I have to wait for another 2 weeks, WtF???

Can’t believe that they will not repair or replace a defective product! Bought a purse for my sister and shortly after the handle strap faded and stained the side of the purse! Unbelievable for the cost of the product! More unbelievable is that they could not repair the purse and can’t fix the stain! Also, their system lost the electronic receipt… Will not buy their products again.

I Love MK but I bought a purse from the outlets in napa and the ladies over there said they didn’t do gift wrapping. I called the plaza and explained I just bought it’s for my cousins 21^st bday and was rudely told «if it’s not from our store we don’t do it»
It’s a fricken box and tissue… like really???
And I could of done without the attitude like she didn’t believe me or that it was looked down upon cause I bought it at and outlet store. Like I understand outlet stores not doing gift wrap but it’s the same company just because it’s the actually store doesn’t make it sooo much better just because it’s what’s in this season. Idk Iv worked in retail and always given out extra bags our tissue or boxes. Great designer, poor customer service.
