I found this salon through my mom — she has a knack for picking the best hair salons!
Teresa Rivas has been doing my hair at Pazzo di Capello for over a year now. I live in San Francisco and I can’t find a salon that has the service, style, and expertise like Pazzo and Teresa.
Teresa is very thorough and always starts out our appointments with a consultation, making sure my vague ideas come to a beautiful end result. She also gives great advice, steering me in the right direction and can manage my unruly curly hair. I always leave feeling confident and look forward to the next appointment.
I also asked Teresa to be the hair stylist for my wedding this September. She did such a great job turning my ideas and pictures into a beautiful reality, giving my advice along the way. She also juggled (very professionally) doing my bridesmaid’s hair during the day of!

I get my hair done by Amber and have for years. I always leave happy. She is an amazing stylist and colorist. The salon is very clean. All of the staff is friendly. All of the stylists do great work– I have been going long enough to have seen some beautiful hair cuts/​color by stylists who have worked there for years. I think it says something about the business that the stylists stay for years. They offer you coffee, tea, water. You are well taken care of in a salon that does not have a stuffy feel to it. Upscale salon with a relaxed atmosphere. LOVE IT! Need a great stylist? Try Pazzo Di Capello, you will be happy you did!

Best hair cut ever! I called here as a new client wanting to do something drastically different with my lifeless hair. I talked with the receptionist and was placed in the hands of Lauren, no worries here since I read a ton of great reviews about Lauren and even saw pictures of some of her work. I wanted a shoulder length a line haircut which is exactly what Lauren gave me. She assured me that the hair style was going to come out great! She was very friendly and I didn’t feel any of the usual awkwardness when you get a hair cut from a stranger, she made me feel very welcomed. I just have to say she was very professional and my hair cut came out great! I will definitely be going to her for my hair needs in the future.

Jenny Did an «hombre» and cut– I am so excited with the outcome. She did an amazing job. Listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. She was quick but I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of.

Jenny at Pazzo has been doing my hair on and off for a few years now. Every time I visit her she plans everything out before we start and will give you honest feedback. Another thing I really love about Jenny is her willingness to brainstorm with you about a style. I often want a change but don’t know how to express it and she will totally work with you. Jenny is up to date on all the latest styles but is realistic so she will tell you how your hair may grow out or what to expect with the outcome. My biggest pet peeve about stylist is when they double or even triple book me!!! They can never give you the attention you want or deserve when you’re paying for it! Jenny has never double booked me and I have always felt so taken care of because she dedicates the whole appointment to me. I always leave pazzo Di capello feeling beautiful and well taken care of! If you want a quality cut and color by someone who actually cares about you see Jenny!
Another nice thing about Pazzo is theres always parking. Also, the salon is nicely laid out with the stylist stations in a seperate area so when people walk in its not awkward. Plus I believe they also offer other services like waxing, massage and facials!

I get my legs waxed here and let me tell you probably the cheapest prices and she actually takes her time in getting all the hairs out. plus the place is very relaxing and the staff are super cool. Great place for hair or waxing, thru Divas Aesthetics, same building, both great places!

I got my hair done today by Lauren. II needed to get my roots done before I give birth (which should be in the next 2 weeks). I chose Pazzo and Lauren because of the Unilocal reviews before mine, but I wanted to say she absolutely lived up to the hype!
I’m naturally an ugly ash dark blonde/​light brown but have been dying my hair a copper red color for a few years. I just moved to the area, so I needed a new stylist, someone who can not only make my hair look gorgeous, but also who’s company I can enjoy. Nothing is worse than awkward silence while you get your hair done.
Lauren is great! She was fun to talk to, I felt totally comfortable, and even though I was late (pregnancy brain…), she was totally chill about it and really took the time to do my hair and do it right. She didn’t push any services on me, and gave me a great price! Especially after some of the prices I have seen online at the salons in the area, I was pleasantly surprised at how well priced my hair coloring was.
The color turned out fantastic! I love it! She did a great job of giving me the tone I wanted and was really cool about consulting me about whether I wanted demi permanent or permanent and the benefits and down side to both. Seriously I love the color, it makes me feel so much better knowing my hair will look good for the birthing photos.
I absolutely recommend going to Pazzo, everyone there was friendly and really welcoming, and every girl who walked out of there looked great. I cannot speak from experience for the other stylists, but I know Lauren was awesome and I’m sure the other girls there are good too.

I am one who never really cared about getting my hair styled on a regular basis. I have had the same cut for far too long but I went to see Jen at Pazzo Di Capello and loved what she did to my hair! It’s very thick and super curly and she made it feel so much lighter and more workable. I don’t put products in my hair at all so it’s important to me to have a cut that is wash and dry easy without having to add bunch of stuff to style it. I love Jen. I continue to go back and see here every few months. This place is awesome and I would seriously give them a shot if you’re looking for a cool, hip new do! All the other stylists there look like they do a good job too.

All I have to say is Crystal Reed rocks! She is an amazingly awesome hair dresser! Highly recommend her to do your hair :-)

The staff is always helpfull and Vonnie my stylist always does a great job on mine and my daughters hair (fyi my 13 yr. old is very stylish hip and picky)

I had my first haircut by Lauren West yesterday and SO happy that I finally found a stylist that knows what I mean by an a-​line haircut with the back up high and the front longer. I absolutely LOVE it and already had lots of compliments. If this is the cut you’re looking to have which nearly everyone these days does look no further. this is your place! Can’t wait to go back for my next cut!

Lauren West is amazing. Always executes my hair cut and color with precision and grace. Takes my ideas and artistically translates them into a beautiful hairstyle.

Friggin excellent! I called and left a message as a new client and Michelle called me back in a reasonable amount of time. She took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and placed me with a GREAT stylist! Lauren did such a great job! My hair is naturally a bit unrully and takes some work, but Lauren knew exactly how to tackle it! I’m so happy with my cut and happy to say that this will be my salon and stylist of choice here in Santa Rosa!
Almost forgot… the salon is really cute/​stylish too! Everyone seems friendly! My only regret is that I usually bring cash with me and have a general set tip scale based on a cut but this time, I didn’t have cash, so I feel sooooooooo terrible about the tip that I gave Lauren! I’ll make it up next time though!

I first started going to Pazzo di Capello based on Unilocal reviews. It is always a bit nerve-​racking when you go to a new hair stylist, but my nerves were settled when I went to my first appointment with Vonnie. Vonnie is great! She listens to what you want done and also provides wonderful suggestions on hair styles and products. The prices at the salon are very reasonable and the service is excellent!

Crystal Reed is the best! Always booked (which is a good sign). She is fun and stylish. Try her out, you won’t regret your decision. I trust her to do whatever she is in the mood for, and it’s always so fun to see what I end up with!

I go to Roxie at Pazzo Di Capello. Roxie relocated from Mes Amis Salon on 4^th Street a few months ago and I followed her. I have been going to Roxie over a year now. She’s a really great colorist and really pays attention to detail. I am used to hairdressers who just want you in and out. Roxie is different, she really cares about making your hair look great and ensuing you are happy with the result. I get highlights and a cut every couple of months, its great to find a hairdresser that REALLY cares.

Another kudos for Amber. Very professional, knows her color, friendly, and very meticulous about getting things just right. I have my hair partially dyed and highlighted, and I’m very pleased with the results (see photos). She was extremely careful about not letting the red bleed into the blond, and she gave me tips about maintaining the color. She also gave me just the cute, sexy A-​line cut I was looking for. Definitely recommended.
The salon is clean, open, and comfortable. Lots of available products, complimentary tea/​water, and friendly employees.

I can’t say enough about AMBER at Pazzo Di Capello. I was referred by my mom and sis who absolutely love her and I can’t agree more. She does a wonderful job on my mother’s blonde hair. I’m sure there are many great stylists in San Francisco, but she is so good that I drive from San Francisco to my hometown of SR. She is a true expert/​perfectionist at color and an overall exceptional stylist. She is young, stylish, and will really listen and give you what you are looking for. Also she so so creative, sweet, funny, and a pleasure to be around. Pazzo Di Capello is a very clean, cute, hip salon with a professional receptionist. LOTS of parking, and prices are so great given the results. I recommend AMBER without hesitation:))))

The salon is European style open-​air, it always feels calming to be in there. The location is easy too, I never have to look for parking or deal with creepos. They carry bumble & bumble too, which is my fav.
Brittni has done my cut and color for years. How excellent is she? I moved 2 hours away, and though I did TRY to find a new stylist, I only found everyone else was just good, but not nearly as Great as Brittni. I am now happily making the 2 hour drive to have her continue to do my tricky hair.
I always get a ton of compliments, and it looks great for over a month or more after. Best of all Brittni has an awesome personality and I never have to wonder what to expect.

I love Pazzo, all the stylists are great. I have had my hair done by several ladies there & it always looks great! Melissa the receptionist rocks and is always available to help you. Thanks ladies for always helping me look my best
