I’ve gone into this store next to Big Lots and I’ve waited and waited and waited and waited for help. I wanted to replace my janky $ 20 TracFone with something modern and there was ONE guy working. The last time I went in there to try buying a phone it was the same thing. The phone is ringing and there are three customers in line and the dude is totally overwhelmed. Why the hell do they have just ONE guy working in there! I hate phone stores. I just wanted to go in, get a phone and get the hell out. Waiting for 45 minutes because the idiots who run the place can’t have a few people actually working in the place is ridiculous. I will never return.

AVOID! If you do not want to deal with a DECEPTIVE sale. This is in regards to the promotion going on at this time where few 4g phones are on sale for 29 bucks. as well as trade ins for old phones that need to be upgraded to 4g network Basically I had two trips and both associate said same thing. First trip 5⁄15 I told itzel I need trade in phone for upgrade said I want alcatel fierce two. she brought it out and first thing she say is this $ 75 out the door. I said it says $ 29. She said well after tax and stuff. Im thinking gah dang that still dont make sense. I broke it down to her and said kay im paying 29 for phone.15 for activation. thats $ 45. She continued to say and well tax. she made me feel stupid and I thought well dang how much is tax. bout 10 bucks. so thats 55. how is that even close to $ 75. in the end I ended up paying what I needed to. activation $ 15. phone case $ 15. so I paid $ 30+ tax= $ 33. and trade in phone $ 32 credit. so like free. o and she said the screen guard and earbuds came with phone(free) second trip 2 days later… not so awesome. spent more than I wanted to and pretty much left feeling like I got played. I have a family plan so I went in two days later to upgrade phone into new 4g network(a must) for family member and thought it would be simple like first trip. this one I told Efrain i need to upgrade phone wanted the $ 29 phone. he brought it out and guess what. he says«this is $ 75 out the door» what the heck does that mean? again he says the same thing .yeh its $ 29 + tax and stuff” I again broke it down like I did with for itzel. $ 29 for phone. $ 15 for activation= $ 45 again I said how is $ 45 even close to $ 75. he says well theres tax. I asked how much tax he said bout 10. all that equals to $ 55. AGAIN made me feel stupid and thought to myself am I missing something. They really look at you with a face that don’t think the numbers are off .then he says… well included is screen guard, a case, ear buds, and car charger. aha! okay so that’s what makes the $ 75??! I didn’t ask for any of that and I annoyingly then said so is that a must or is that an option?! he then said that’s an option. at that point my butt should have known better an walked away out that store from that DECEPTIVE approach. they try to secretly up their sale with add on. I had to break down the price myself in order to know whats up. only when I figured it out was when they talked about accessories being apart of deal when I kept asking them both times how price adds up. all they had to say was«well tax and stuff.» Basically they made it feel like $ 29 was not an option or it wasn’t $ 29 at all and had to pay $ 75. because that’s the first thing itzel and Efrain say when bringing out phone«this is $ 75 out the door» and Efrain made me feel like I was getting a good deal with accessories that I really did not need in the end. if you were to by everything separately they still add up to same amount. of course I calculated after I got home… But they make you feel like you getting a deal by saying things like oh it comes with this this and with this. I came in this second time with the intention of getting the deal and what I payed for and have an easy transaction like I did on the first trip with itzel. but instead, this second trip I over pay $ 40 for unnecessary crap. I could’ve bought another phone with that $ 40 or pay my phone bill. good sale Efrain good sale. the only thing to take away from this is a lesson learned. Do your research on policies or be on your toes if you do have to stop by at this authorized dealer called Reyes Group & metro pcs store located at the plaza near the store Big Lotss. I know I’m done going there anymore.

I love Lucy the Metro PCS genius! First off DONOTGOTOMETROPCSCORPORATESTOREONSANTAROSAAVE! Why? 1. I was solicited to buy a phone that was discountiued by MetroPCS.(LG Motion) by a employee that took mercy on me and said«someone«turned in a LG Motion and he would sell it to me… Privately on the DL. I already didn’t have a phone for 1 ½ weeks so what’s one more day. He said he would go home and bring back. I came back and what do you know«uhh I. Can’t find it», Okay. . He then sold me a LG Optimus which he faulty programmed. The phone continued to reboot hundreds contacts, reset all settings, downloaded programs without my consent, refused to obey any commands, blinked on and off, and straight would not make or recieve phone calls from anyone. Creepy? 2. Along with this he gave me a rebate with someone else’s name and did not GIVEMEMYDEBITCARDRECEIPTORANYRECEIPTFORTHEFAULTYPHONEHESOLDME. I ran back in side and asked for a receipt with a rebate paper work with the right name on it.(Keep in mind the guy whom sold me the phone disappeared when I came back in) Supicious? 3. After three weeks of thinking it was my fault I went back into the store. The wonderful asshat that HOOKED up the monstrosity of a phone was standing over the whole situation. MetroPCS blamed me profusely, they claimed that i installed all these programs and I was to blame for the faulty set up and the phone I paid $ 167.00. For i would have to eat the cost and they will not replace the phone EVENTHOUGHITWAS. BEFORE30DAYS. 4. After MetroPCS«inspected» my phone I left the store with a phone that did not work and was. Really Really upset. After days and days of the phone unoperating and showing me a SIMCARDERROR across my phone 20 ttimes I finally went in to and called my local franchised owned MetroPCS store on Mendocino Ave next to Biglots &CVS . I love Lucy! She not only confirmed for me that the phone was«special«but the SIM Card was jacked up. I told Lucy about the monstrosity phone nightmare and she listen and helped. MetroPCS genius Lucy transferred my data which before the phone would not allow me to. She gave me a new SIM card for free! We reset the phone. And she FIXEDMYHOTHELLOF A PHONETOPERFECTQUALITY! She was even nice enough to make a genuine offer of contact MetroPCS corporate store to help get me a replacement if the«special phone» doesn’t work! But Lucy the Metro PCS genius has made me a customer for life with only her MetroPCS store. And Lucy can admit that have brought her jacked up phones from the corporate store before and she fixes every single one. Which she gently reminded me of. Please fellow Unilocalers support MetroPCS on Mendocino. Bring them your jacked phones from corporate. Buy all your metroPCS equipment from them. They are diverse, bilingual, straight forward, no extra cost oriented, and serious about their customers! Update: Lucy my phone works well and thank you for everything. You performed a little Easter/Passover miracle. Thank you again. You rock!
