Subway

For what subway is, a franchise, you cant expect an amazing experience going in to one. But this store is on another level. They have some great employees but it is so painfully obvious that the management at this store is awful. The employees aren’t happy, they’re slow and they’re always out of product. I never get a smile when I go in and for good reason! Half the time when I go in there is a line of people and only one person working. How are employees and customers supposed to walk out of there satisfied when the employees are given an opportunity to provide good service.
Awful store. I think all the employees should quit and find a job where they can have a positive work experience.

Subway is Subway — 4 stars based on I got what I expected a Subway meal. Decent food, price and service. Other reviews are old and this experience for me was fine.

Eh… Not the worst subway in the world
I have too say some of the employees are really slow and sometimes their brain can’t function right sometimes I just go here because it only takes me about five minutes to arrive here walking from my house well the food is just the same as any subway so I guess not that bad I’m not saying this is completely terrible but somebody employees are don’t worry there are some good employees and the restaurant to do usually kept clean plus it’s in a convenient location

Poor customer service. I last went to this restaurant a month ago and the lady was rude and obnoxious. As some one who eats at subway at least once a day this one loses my business even though it’s closest to home.

These idiots couldn’t figure out how to get a simple sandwich right! It was all written down for them in very clear handwriting and every single sandwich was wrong! Wrong breads, no cheese, wrong dressings. Nothing was right! I could see MAYBE misunderstanding someone’s verbal directions but it was WRITTEN DOWN! Broken down by bread, cheese, veggies, etc. Stupid illiterate people! I am never ever returning here! Only go if you want to be disappointed in your food!

Worst service I have ever received at any establishment.
Walk in (door beeps) no employee to be seen. I proceed to ding the bell on the counter at which point a woman comes out of the freezer where she was gossiping with a man. And then continues to talk with this man before greeting myself or my friend. Once I began going my order, Edith, the employee, yells «what?!» Because she didn’t hear me. Rude.

This confirms it, i will no longer eat at Subway. I had one bite of my sandwich and i had to throw it away, also the young lady couldn’t understand that i just wanted my sandwich warmed up but not toasted since they tend to toast the sandwich to the point it just crumbles when i bite into it. She toasted it anyways, and when i gave her the money at the register she just looked at me waiting, i told her i gave her $ 8 for a $ 7.45 toasted sandwich and she was like «oh, i zoned out»… really??? Where is the customer service?
I never was a fan of Subway but for this experience I will not settle for somethings that’s conveniently located near work and Subway. I’m still hungry, hope the chips will get me threw until my next break.
I also don’t understand why they only give you one napkin?

typical subway. subway, numbers wise, is bigger than macdonads now.
april sammie was double bacon, cheese and egg. $ 5 for a footlong. 970 calories. huh? what happened to healthy?
noticed only the special footlong was $ 5. the regular price is $ 6. for the usual subs. not sure if it’s only this location or did all subways raised their prices?
for a thousand calories, i rather eat an an and out doublecheese…

Great location in the Bellevue Ranch shopping center. Place is always kept clean food fresh and quick service. and of course the price is right if ou want a healthy and filling meal.
