Imperial Hookah Filter

Gave up traditional hookah a few years back. Recently tried a couple of their different hookah flavors… Love, Love, Loved them all, especially peach mango and mocha latte… just like the real thing, possibly better!!!

So I tired the imperial hookah filter for the first time and let me tell you it is pretty damn good! The filter is reusable (about three to five uses: 45 min — 1 hr sessions) and it’s easy to tell when it’s time to change to a new filter. The chamber changes to a yellow/​orange color once it’s time to buy a new filter.
Detailed Breakdown (0 – 5): 0 being the worst rating and 5 being the best rating.
Fitment: 5 — The product does not have any issues fitting into a standard hookah. I have a 3ft hookah and the filter was very easily adapted. It did not compromise the ability of the hose to fit and was not «wobbly» at all. Very stable and also very subtle.
Filtering: 5 — The shisha hit very smoothly. I smoked Starbuzz «Strawberry Margarita» flavor and it actually felt like I tasted a more concentrated amount of flavor when smoking through the filter. The flavor was much more accentuated and was very nice. Not harsh at all.
Pull: 4 — It was noticeably harder to «pull» on the hookah (breathe deeply) and smoke the flavor. But in my opinion, it was worth it because the hit was very clean and the breath I took was about 2 times the depth that I normally take with an average hookah. The harshness was decreased by approximately 2 times and was well worth the trade-​off.
Overall: 5 — I smoked with my buddy who does not usually smoke hookah and he thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s a great piece to have for both beginners and experienced smokers alike. Usually beginners take really hard hits and cough quite a bit, but with this filter my buddy did not encounter this problem. I myself will recommend this product and would gladly invest in anything that improves my hookah’ing experience.
