I hired Jim and his son after reading his reviews on Unilocal,The Better Business Bureau, State contractors board and meeting him in person. My house was in need of repairs on the stucco and the eaves needed a fresh coat of paint. Jim and his son were very thorough on the prepping of my house. He was on time every day and cleaned up his mess each time he worked at my house. I was very pleased with professionalism and the high quality paint job that he provided on my house. I would highly recommend Jim and his son Casey to anyone looking for a house painter.

Jim Ferrin Painting is a small family company with Jim the owner and his son Casey. Professionally, they brought a lot of knowledge regarding exterior painting and the importance of proper prep work. But what was most important to me was that I was able to keep constant communication with them because Jim the owner oversaw the entire project from start to finish.
He provided a thorough proposal with varying levels of work and answered all my questions politely. When they started their work, they made sure to protect all my plants and vegetation so as not to get any paint on them. As with the other reviewer, we got several rainy days but Jim didn’t try to rush through the job to simply get it done, and that showed he cared about my house. He also pointed out a small unforeseen issue which we discussed together and he came up with the perfect solution to take care of it. His knowledge extends beyond painting and that was extremely helpful with quick fixes.
I’ve gotten so many compliments about how good my house looks. It looks brand-​new!
