Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut was doing good for almost a year (I couldn’t believe it either), but it’s back to being sub-​par and downright disgusting. New management? So, we ask for extra sauce and get no sauce? We ask for mild wings and get Inferno wings? Yep, this place went right down the toilet. Don’t order any of the national online specials, if it’s too good of a deal this store will find a way to get their money back by skimping on cheese and toppings. Extra cheese equals regular cheese at this store so don’t bother asking for it. Maybe ordering 2 pizzas on a Tuesday at 3 was just too much to handle for these guys? I’ll check back in a year. This store needs a serious evaluation from top to bottom. Like I said, this store was great just a few months ago. Something changed recently. I give it 2 stars because the drivers are always cool and prompt. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Spent 50 bucks and got dried up cardboard pizza with gooey slimy undercooked wings. Somebody with some pride needs to come in and fix this store again.

It has been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut and now I remember why. The spinach thrown on top as an afterthought was both dirty AND rotten. Both the purple onions and banana peppers numbered a total of five between the two and the cheese numbered a few shreds. This IS NOT what was pictured nor what was ordered. TERRIBLE. Will not order again.

Again, I’m not a huge fan of Unilocaling chain restaurants unless I have a reason to. I enjoy delivery from this Pizza Hut on a semi regular to regular basis and I am seldom disappointed, whether I call in to place my order for their pickup deal, or I order online for delivery. It is rare that they are late or that there is a problem of any kind.
One thing I just can’t stand or let slide is tardiness when it comes to my food; because this usually means the food is cold and I get grumpy when I’m hungry. This go round, my cheesy bites stuffed crust pizza was 10 minutes late. I know this may sound petty, but it was egregious because it never happens to me when I order from this location.
Hopefully, this isn’t the indication of a trend. There are other locations and I hate to say it, but other chains too. I’ll give them another shot, they’re my neighborhood Pizza Hut, because there’s also an exception to every rule. It can’t be perfect every time. Perhaps they will do better next time. I will let you know.

Glenn is an asshole he didn’t tell me that there was a two for one price pizza special when I asked him if there’s any specials after I paid $ 17 for a large pizza I learned later from my girlfriend that they for two more dollars you can get a whole pizza extra and after I asked him to chasis my order as a to pizza for one he said I couldn’t because mine had extra pepperoni cheese on it which wasn’t allowed what a jerk

This was formerly my favorite «go to» pizza delivery call. No more. I just had my second experience where the pizza only had cheese here and there. No consistency. Also, you would think the sauce was also like gold, as there was very little of it. I know the restaurant was slammed, as I was told my order would be 1 hour/​20 minutes. But this should not be a reason for yet another bad experience. On a positive note, both the driver and the young gal that took the call were very pleasant and professional.

One star if that. Order pizza and wings. Took over an hour before I called them and they said they tried to deliver the order. The address was correct and we had three people waiting a few feet from the front door. The person on the phone didn’t try to accommodate us at all, and I had to ask for a refund. She blamed us for not answering the door. Never ordering from here again.

We forget this place sucks every time we order until our order finally gets here. Last time specifically, our wings were fatty and soggy. We ordered and paid for sauces and didn’t get them. Previously I have received raw wings, and various other F’ups. Their bacon cheesy crust pizza was a terrible disappointment.

This place is the bomb ! Excellent food … Great service… Can’t find a better pizza pie PERIOD!

Wings are great. Cheese sticks are sometimes burned. Sause is cold. They used to take the time to warm it up.

When I saw the commercial regarding the Bacon Insider, well I just had to try it, hence the reason why I ended up here. I ordered the large, the only size they offer with this pizza.
The crust was unique on this pizza, not that it was stuffed with cheese and smoked house bacon, but it was buttery and plump and moist (
). Now the pizza was good and the crust did tasted like a smoky bacon and the cheese was gooey and tasted quite good (
). The bacon pieces were very small. I expected larger pieces so that I could enjoy it texturally, but it was not to be, however the flavor was there (
). The pepperoni was good with a decent amount on the pizza (
). I asked for light sauce, so it flavor was mild and not to overwhelming. The crust was good. It was on the thin side and held up well.
A good pizza, but it would be so much better if one could feel the crunchy and chewiness of the bacon. I actually ate inside, but it was obvious that the majority of their business in deliver and take out, given my staying to eat caught them off guard and not prepared. I had to ask for a plate and utensils. They were friendly though.

Oh, I was so excited. I was going to finally get that yummy pizza they have on the commercial. You know the one. It has the circles of crust with cheese oozing out of each one. Looks so good on the commercial, but not on the actual pizza. The actual pizza was okay, but where the circles of yummy goodness were supposed to be there were empty over cooked crust. Booo!

Absolutely the best pizza hands down at any pizza hut! Who ever made my order tonight gets 10!!! Ordered on the phone and pizza was hot hot hot and ready when I picked it up! Great service and great pizza! Thank you!

While I’m never really wowed by anything in particular, this place works for satiating my need for pizza/​pasta on football Sunday.
I like the app. used to be horrible, but now it makes ordering so much easier. When I ordered this past Sunday, everything went smoothly… until it was 1 hour later and I still hadn’t heard a knock at my door. I get it, it’s football Sunday, but an hour? I called the establishment to inquire and Murphy’s law, my delivery person arrives.
I felt so bad for the girl. She was very nice and informed me that she was the only driver scheduled for the day. She gave me a free liter of Pepsi for the inconvenience. I felt so bad for her.
Note to management: try to have more people scheduled on what would be a busy day.
2 stars for management, 5 for my driver.

We have been ordering from Pappa John’s lately. I received a coupon for $ 8.75 each for large specialty pizza from Pizza Hut.
The pizza arrived barely warm at full price!!! Then had Alfredo sauce on the vegetarian.
I called and they stated the coupon had exp. even though I showed them it exp. 10.24. Totally blew us off! Seems they went back to the way they were 5 years ago. I’ll never order from them again.

Total disregard for any of us.
I was on my way home when Driving down Mission Gorge Rd. A Pizza Hut female driver in a silver Honda Civic CA Plate 5GDV170 driver almost side swiped me, clueless she was holding her cell white Galaxy phone in the right hand, eating food out of a brown napkin in her lap. So i passed her only because she was traveling 25 MPR in the 40. I reach the left turn down Olive when I here brakes look in my mirror see blue smoke coming from her wheels as she did not notice we all stopped. As we made the left I let here get in front of me and called Lelania Spirit the Santee MGR on Duty, this chick was traveling down the road reaching over to the passenger side of the car. I flowed her in to the parking lot, I ask that the driver be written up at work.
The MGR did nothing about the driver. So take note how when you see these drivers.
LOOK for her when you get a deliver and call her out.

This pizza hut location is where we get our home delivery from when we order off their website. The pizzas are pretty good (I know that a lot of personal preference goes into the selection of a pizza palor /​company) for what you pay. Our normal order consists of either a thin crust with beef or hand tossed Hawaiian, cheese sticks, and a soda. The cheese sticks never make it past dinner but a large will feed my wife, my son, and I through dinner, lunch, and a snack. My only complaint about this particular location is that when I order a soda from them more than half the time either they forget or bring the wrong type. Luckily they are close and it takes them less than five minutes to correct the mistake. Their 2 liters can be flat sometimes, but not enough for me to complain directly to them at the moment.

This is pizza hut, not an Italian Pizzeria.
That being said, yes its no 5-​star pizza, but its still pretty darn good. My family and I have literally been coming here since we moved to San Diego. And may we have seen some problems over the years, this place is pretty good. In the past few times I have ordered here, I have not experienced any problems. The person taking my order was very friendly, and the delivery boy/​man is always friendly and prompt.
Now I only wished they sold Tums/​Antacids here too, cause I almost ALWAYS get heart burn from all the crushed red peppers I drown it with!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My husband and I placed a carry out order for 8 people. We arrived a few minutes after the estimated completion time. The employee at the counter informed us our order was not done and it would be a few more minutes so we took a seat and waited.
About 15 minutes later the manager inquired about our order. He informed us they had run out of pan crust (a pizza place running out of crust!!!) and he was sorry no one had informed us. But he would make any pizzas we wanted, any other type of crust and threw in some buffalo wings for free. So we continued to wait another 20 minutes.
Finally our order appears ready, except we realized when they handed us our food they forgot 3 orders of bread sticks. It would be another 15 minutes if we wanted bread sticks. We declined because there were hungry people waiting on us to get home but the manager informed us he would give us a $ 42 (our order amount before tax) credit to be used within 30 days. I asked if we could get sauce for the wings, blue cheese, only to be told they were out of that as well.
About a week or so later we called in an order for 2. It was about $ 18 so we didn’t pay for it and everything was okay. Then a little later we realized the rest of the credit would be running out soon so we called an placed another order to be informed there was no record of any credit.
Eff this pizza hut!!!

Had some meat lovers deep dish and some hot and medium wings during the Pacquaio fight. Needless to say, the fights were pretty boring, and the food was the star.
I see bad reviews, but this night, this stuff hit the spot.
Hot is really hot, I’m surprised, medium is perfect, and the meat lovers is not the best in the world, but damn tasty for a 30 min delivery.
The delivery guy was spot on, me and my filipina gf and her boy were arriving at our friend’s house, and he immediately knew we were there for the fight. Racial profiling for the win! JK. Good experience.

I was brainwashed by their commercials.
I was drunk as a skunk and couldnt drive anywhere.
I havent had Pizza Hut in years so I picked up the phone and placed an order. I got an order of their pepperoni pizza rolls and two pizza mia pizzas. The total came to 17 bucks but they charge you 2.50 for delivery and a 3 dollar tip later I was out 23 bucks. The delivery only took about 35 minutes which is pretty quick. I got my food and here is a rundown…
Pizza Rolls– You get 4 of them and a thing of marinara sauce to dip them in. These were the best thing of everything I got… and that isnt saying much. They were just meh. Plain Jane… nothing special. They had a decent ammount of pepperonis in them but the cheese was kind of pasty and they just werent that good.
Pizza Mia– These things are only 5 bucks each and I can TOTALLY understand why. They are cheap pieces of crap. No flavor whatsoever. The crust is super plain, the cheese is skimp and overall they werent good at all. We are talking Little Cesars pizzas are better… way better. These pizzas arent even worth 2 bucks. The delivery guy was cool and he hooked it up with a fat bag of cheese and peppers. The only reason this even gets 2 stars was because of him. I know I will never order these items again. Should have stuck with what they are semi famous for and that is their pan pizza. At least that is somewhat edible.
