Simply Spa

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been going to simply spa and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. I originally came here to find a permanent bikini waxer (Kirstin) which I have but I’ve also found an incredibly skilled esthetician to take care of my very sensitive and very resistant skin.

I suffer from adult acne something I definitely don’t take pride in admitting. I’ve had to go on antibiotics for months at a time to treat it. It keeps the Acne at bay for maybe a year or two but it ends up coming back. I’ve never really had a lot of luck with external skin treatments such as face washes, peels, masks, and other things like that. I felt like it must be something on the inside which is probably partially true. Since I’ve been going to Kirstin The difference in my skin is like night and day. I will post a before and after photos because it something you need to see you to believe. After months of using every face wash on the planet it seems and seeing no results after just one treatment with Kirstin the very next day I saw my skin actually improve which is unheard of for me. Acne that would not budge four weeks sometimes months at a time was minimized dramatically. I just got done with my fourth treatment (going in every two weeks) today and am now acne free.
Kirstin is very skilled in what she does. I could not be happier with the results I have gotten. She is very knowledgeable in what she works with and the products that she works with. She definitely knows her stuff. Most importantly she cares about what she does and has a passion for it. Her concern for your well-​being and results is genuine.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the following day. I chose the 30 minute back and shoulders massage because that is where I tend to carry ALL my stress and tension. I was welcomed warmly and felt immediately comfortable (not that having a massage is generally very stressful). I spent the next 30 minutes having one of the best massages I have ever had with special attention paid to my shoulders/​upper back where I needed it the most. Caroline was amazing and I left there feeling like a new woman! I will be scheduling appointments regularly!!!

I just had an amazing massage on my lunch break! I met with Caroline. I had been having pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. She did an amazing job working out the kinks. She applied a good amount of pressure which I love! To top it all off, she offers a midweek deal, the massage is $ 40. Which is a steal being that I have paid $ 80 for so-​so massage other places. My boss recently gave me a SpaFinder gift card. While looking for a place that was close to my house, I cam across this little place. It was fantastic! It was very quiet and the employees were so friendly! I can’t recall who did my massage and facial, but they were both very pleasant and made me feel at ease. They both did a fabulous job! Another plus about this place is that it is a great deal… VERY fair pricing!

Love this place! Highly recommend massage by Caroline– she always finds and works out my sore spots. Gave wonderful prenatal massage when I was pregnant.

My husband bought me a certificate for christmas. Like the other reviewer, I am unable to use it because they’re not open for business due to construction. My husband bought the certificate online and their website says NOTHING about being closed. I called and left a message 3 days ago, and have yet for anyone to get back to me. The message on their answering machine says they should have info by Jan 29^th, so the message is outdated. The message also said they’d return the phone call when they open for business, but in my opinion they should have someone checking the messages and returning customers phone calls. How am I supposed to know when I’ll be able to get in contact with them? This is unacceptable and I will be demanding a refund. I really wanted to get my massage this week and had NO IDEA they would be closed for construction.

I don’t usually write reviews but I do look to Unilocal when researching companies I plan on doing business with. In this case I given a gift certificate for a facial for Christmas from my daughter. I was so excited to get my facial ASAP over the holidays because I was off work for 17 days and wanted to have a pampered day during this time.
I called the spa after Christmas to get an appointment on any day or anytime. To my surprise there was a message on the phone recorder saying that they were «moving locations» and the construction was taking longer than they expected so they weren’t open for business. For up to 3 weeks I was still calling and trying to schedule an appointment with the same message answering my calls. I finally decided that it was time to leave a message asking for a refund since they couldn’t accommodate me.
The owner (I believe) called me back and I explained that I was planning on cashing in on this facial during the holidays and that’s why my daughter had bought it for me. She let me know that there was a sign on the door that said they were moving but at no time did the person at the counter who sold the gift certificate explain what was happening with the spa to my daughter. Of course, my daughter did not notice or read the note when she entered the spa to buy the certificate. I told the person on the phone that I felt this was a total inconvenience and that I would like to get a refund for the certificate so that I could go to another spa that could accommodate me. I was told that they don’t give refunds (even after 3+ weeks of the spa being closed for business) BUT she would «make an exception this one time». She then told me that since the certificate was purchased using a bank Visa card that she would have charge me 3% because that’s what she is charged for using the credit card services. I believe this is NOT my problem because they are selling services that they can’t provide, I do not feel I (as the customer) I should be out ANY money! I was available at anytime for the facial and they made the choice to sell certificates they couldn’t honor
I got the refund and low and behold it was $ 1.20 short of the $ 40 my daughter spent on the certificate. REALLY??? You couldn’t just suck up the $ 1.20 to keep good customer relations? Remembered it was because of YOUR move & construction delays that caused me to not be able to use the certificate in the first place!!!
I will NEVER go to this Spa. I hope it was worth the $ 1.20.

Went in for my first time yesterday, Place was clean and didn’t have any bad odder. Was very pleased with the service and will be back again soon!!!

A wonderful place! I have had two massages at simply spa!!! They are amazing! It is so relaxing and at a reasonable price!

she was super sweet!
The Spa was cute and simple. no harsh aromas. i was the only client there in the morning. so that was nice.
i was soo relaxed, i totally fell asleep on the table. ONLY thing i wished for was a table with the belly hole so i could lay on my «stomach» but the body pillow was good enough!
i will be coming back here for another massage in a few weeks for SURE!

About a year ago my dad found this place online (he lives out of the state) and purchased me a gift certificate for my birthday. Caroline did my first EVER massage and it was WONDERFUL! Sunday I treated myself to my second massage and Whitney did a fabulous job! I am purely bummed my husband and I have to move because now I have to find another day spa that will have some VERY HIGH STANDARDS to live up to for me! Love love love Simply Spa! :-) Great service and great massage!

The wife decided to get me a late anniversary gift and she bought us a couples massage. In a nutshell, it was freaking awesome!
We had an appointment at 10:15 and got there a few minutes early. We were greeted by the owner Caroline and grabbed a seat. A few minutes later we were lead back to the room and got down to business.
I had a girl named Katie give me my massage. It was awesome. I have really bad posture and sit wrong at my desk all day so my joints and muscles are jacked up. She got in there pretty good and loosened them up. A little pain but it was good pain. I had huge knots in my neck and shoulders and she kept working to get them out and did an excellent job.
They even have a plan through most insurance providers where you can get an hour massage M-​Thursday for only 45 bucks. Cant beat that! I would highly recommend this place if you need a massage!

Love this place! I got the acne facial there and now I feel so good I don’t even want to wear make up anymore. Plus they even have a really good mens line so my husband even can go with me.

Tom is amazing! We do Bridal Show together and let me tell you this spa is the real deal. They have an offer Mon-​Thurs 10am-​6pm, that with certain insurances, a 60 min massage is on $ 45! Amazing! They took my health care and let me tell you I was in for a treat! Thank you Simply Spa soo much. I will def be back. :)

Very relaxing… I fell asleep during the massage. They are very conscientious of sensitive areas and temperature. Also they are really nice and make you feel comfortable.

with the screaming my shoulders and arms are always doing I can’t believe its been 6 months since my last massage. So today I decided i would ask for a tour of simply massage. I was so happy to be greeted by the owner and his charismatic energy. he was very proud of the way he and his wife are trying to run a greener business and the desire to provide exceptional customer service.
I booked my appointment for later in the day and very happy with the massage and that good pain, which in the moment didn’t feel so good. (we laughed about that) I will return soon, hopefully a little more able to deal with that pain.

This was my first time ever having a facial and I enjoyed myself. The owner got me in the same day and Danielle was great. My skin feels good and I feel refreshed.
