Elizabeth, the self acclaimed store manager, is rude and condensending. I have been going to that particular store since it’s conception and everyone has been polite and professional. Shame on you Rue 21 for not only hiring Elizabeth but making her a store manager.

I live right across the street and shop here often. I suggest not getting clothes with threads, holes, or really thin material ITWILLTEAR. Some employees are rude and some managers talk inappropriately up front or cuss(so don’t bring kids). I know someone who works there and says the GENERALSTOREMANAGER gossips with one of the assistant managers. I also suggest NOT to apply for work here. The prices are good and some of the clothes last a while.

This place has the best jeans. They run their sizes a little larger which sure does make my day. I love perusing their clearance racks. Always find amazingly cheap dresses, skirts, tops and sweaters. A lot of their clothing comes with little belts that I just take off and use for other outfits: double-score. There is some hideously designed pieces, but plenty of other cute stuff to make up for it. Staff is usually totally knowledgeable and friendly. Just wish the dressing rooms were a little more centrally located. Staff has to travel from the cash register to the farthest end of the store to unlock a room. Totally recommend.

Rue 21 is VERY under rated! This store is a gem and my favorite store ever! The clearance section is amazing all the time. And you cannot go wrong with the«buy one get one for $ 1»(or $ 5). Great buys and great material. PLEASEHAVEMORERUE21STORES!!!

I love to shop here because they always have good sales. The staff is friendly, usually I have my hands full and they offer to hold my stuff behind the counter(because they have no baskets/carts), I wish they had shopping carts. The fitting rooms are a little hard to get into because the door opens inwards and its a big door opening into a small room. I like this place.
