If this place has closed down it is a benefit to us all! My friend and I went there this summer to use our certificate. From the horrible service and lack of service, to the overselling of beverages to use the certificate to the lack of cleanliness — this place should be shut down. Have you ever been to a sushi place, ordered hot tea and received 2 cups of tea at $ 3.50 each? No pot of tea! And getting water was a whole other ordeal! The rolls they made were actually tasty, but it was not worth the horrible experience.

I also went today to use a certificate and there were chains on the door. CLOSED! Another victim of the economy? I always did think this place was too close to the Furry Friends Resort…

Be afraid. Be very afraid. 5 of us came to try this place with our certificate. At 6:20 we were the only ones in the restaurant. Strangely there was only one employee. We ordered a couple of beers and some waters. We were told everyone must buy a drink to use the coupon.(Not on the coupon) Water drinkers ordered ice teas. We filled out our sushi list and still no beers. Finally the beers come with pint glasses filled with crushed ice. We’re told the beers are warm but they taste great like this. No thanks. I’m wondering at this point if they have refridgeration. Next we“re told we can’t use the coupon with sushi specials.(Also not on the coupon.) At this point I’m afraid to eat here anyway so we pay for our drinks and leave. We head down to North Park and drop $ 140 at Zensei Sushi which is always good. Thank you Sushi Fun for not accepting my coupon.

The three of us received excellent service. The food was tasty. The California rolls were great.
