We waited for 30 MINUTES in the drive thru!!! The employees were also very moody when we talked to them.

Slowest drive-​thru ever! Over 30 minutes in line a couple weeks ago and was only 1 car from ordering when started.
Tonight… Same thing.
No Bueno!
Something is seriously wrong at this location.

Glenpool, OK
We love Taco Bueno, and we were so excited when one opened in Glenpool. However, the service has gotten so slow. It is normal to wait 30 – 45 minutes on a meal. And, when the meal does arrive, there are usually items missing from the order. If they keep this up, I don’t believe they will be open much longer. Very disappointing!

On Saturday at 9pm everyone in the drive thru was told to leave and they didn’t have enough people to make food anymore. Wh Wh what? Ok, so we drive to next closest Bueno (don’t say it, I know) waited 45 minutes in that drive thru and then they got the order wrong! When I went inside there were only 3 people working there! What is going on Taco Bueno?! I don’t even expect quality food, just to receive the mediocre food I order!

Since moving to Houston we don’t get taco bueno anymore. We stopped art this location of a late lunch on our way through town. As far as bueno goes, it was on par. Plenty of food, fairly fresh and tasty for fast food. Place could have been a but cleaner but nothing to keep me from coming back. As far as fast food Mexican, it really is more bueno.

Glenpool, OK
The dining room is a little small so we typically don’t go after Church. This is one of the best Buenos in the Tulsa Metro area. They bring the food to your table with the number system. Somebody is always cleaning something, wiping down the salsa bar or straightening up the drink area. We never received dried out beans or stale taco shells from this restaurant. This is turning out to be the Beuno restaurant we frequent most
