The user interface for bowling here is buggy and outdated. For instance, it inexplicably reverts to old games.

Fun experience. Old fashioned machines. Nice staff. Got the groupon and thought it was a great deal, $ 18 for two people for two hours including shoe rental. If you’re in the area and looking for something to do, I suggest going here.

I hate this place because of the customer service I come here regularly, we bought one game we finish the game after that we played one more game when we were about to finish the game that a lady(stanly or Stacy) she came and spoke very rudely that we play another game we have to pay the money, , obviously we would have given her the money but she should’t have been so rude ‚ And should have admitted her mistake of not informing us about the second game right when it began we hate this place, management should give the breefing for the staff For how to customer care

This bowling alley is a joke. We called and made reservations for 2 lanes for 10 people at 6:30 on a Tuesday. When we showed up, the employee Damien informed us that«they must not have written our reservation down.» We practically had to beg for our 2 lanes to play 1 lousy game! OH, and I forgot to mention, that he also removed the 2 practice throws from the tenth frame of one of our bowlers. He stated that practice throws are not permitted. Moral of the story… stay in school kids.

I like this bowling alley, but be careful with throwing a party here. They have a high 18% «event fee» that they tack on to their package fee. There are other venues that do not charge this fee at all and offer the same entertainment for the same price as their packages and this was not mentioned by the rep during the phone call. I do not find this competitive at all and I am unsure why they do not add the event fee to their package prices already so that it’s clear up-front what you will ultimately be paying for.

While on family vacation in Sarasota, we decided to do some good ol’ bowling. This bowling alley is a throwback to the Don Carters bowling alleys in Miami, and they have great specials($ 10 all you can bowl after 8pm!). They also have great beer and food options(cheese fries! nachos! all the artery-clogging goodness we love about bowling alleys). All of us had a fantastic time. We’d definitely come back!

I really liked this place and it is one of the best bowling alleys I have ever bowled at. The alley was very clean and everyone that works there is so nice and welcoming. They had no problem giving me two lanes and didn’t put me right next to someone else which I hate. They took my coupon without putting up any sort of fight. This is by far the best AMF alley that I have been to and is far and above most bowling alleys. I would definitely bowl here again!
