I brought my friend who just relocated from out of state to this store after reading the great reviews. I have to say they exceeded my expectations. Our sales associate, Jay, was very knowledgeable about the products, was attentive and gave excellent service. We left the store feeling like we got a very good product at a very good price.

This is my first review on this business but it is the second time that I have done business with them. Both times we have been very satisfied with the outcome. The salesman was not pushy at all and was open to haggling on the price of the mattress. By the end of the deal we felt as though we had gotten a fair price on what we believed to be an excellent product. Delivery was the next day and it was on time and the delivery team was professional, courteous, and fast. We have nothing but good to say about this business. If you are in the market for a mattress in the Bradenton or Sarasota area check out Bed Pros. They won’t disappoint you.

We purchased a mattress from Bed Pros in 2009 and it was already time for another, so came back here after going to one of the big chain mattress companies. Our sales associate was the manager Steve and he was easy to work with. We came in wanting a Tempur Pedic, but he also showed us a variety of other mattresses in other price ranges. While Tempur Pedics are price protected, the offer a loyalty program for returning customers, so that was nice. We were able to get next day delivery and the delivery men were on time and were in and out. They removed the old set and installed the new one in no time. We were very pleased with our overall experience and would highly recommend this store over the big chain mattress places.
