AMAZING! This place was fantastic. So many beautiful items and great pieces for home or art projects, or for the person who loves to collect one of a kind pieces. The space was beautiful and everything was organized nicely. This place is a must visit if you live nearby or if you happen to find yourself in Sarasota.

This place it awesome. It is eclectic and exactly my style. I wanted to buy almost everything(but I didn’t because my fiancé said a lot of it he could«make» himself for cheaper). Regardless, I ended up buying a crazy wrought iron pig head with a ring in its mouth that I’m going to use as a doorstep. I also got a colorful metal donkey to hang outside in my flower bed & a little metal mermaid bottle opener that fit perfect in my hand. He had 2 buildings full of metal work décor, old circus stuff, old marque letters and signs. Sean went gaga over some old toilets, sinks and tubs in the 2nd building. The staff/owner was very friendly and was calling me by name by the time we left. I will be stopping there again the next time I’m in Sarasota.

We accidentally came upon this place and had to stop in. Amazing selection, more finished pieces than raw salvage. Lots of tables from reclaimed metal and wood. Also those cool wooden carts with heavy metal wheel you see decorators over charging for on TV. Be your own decorator and source your own treasures at this place.

Read Jane D.‘s review. It is spot on. You really have to walk through twice because of sensory overload. There are so many neat things in here. I really enjoyed some of the older circus props and costumes. I picked up a couple of Ringling Circus programs from the early 60’s. Nice find, Jane!

A little metal horse peeked around the corner and captured my heart(see photo). This is a new store that opened in a large warehouse space in the Rosemary District(give or take) of Sarasota. It is architectural salvage, toys, yard ornaments, re-purposed furniture, old stained glass windows rescued from condemned buildings, wooden mermaids from a ship, marbles in big mason jars and enough«junk» to keep you busy for hours. Some of the pieces are made from salvaged works and they are unique one of a kind funky and fun elements that will help you create your own unique space. I don’t know about you, but the furniture store in Florida just carry the most God-awful mass-produced pieces and I have found it hard to find a store like this. If you must have a pink flamingo in the yard, this place has ‘em, but they are made out of scrap metal and say, «yeah, I’m a pink flamingo lawn ornament, but I’m the coolest pink flamingo lawn ornament on the planet!». This store will never be the same store twice– my pics are of what was on the floor in early August, who knows what will be there when you get around to visiting but it is bound to be cool. The prices seem really reasonable– the little metal horse I liked so much was less than $ 200 and even the antique games and old doorknobs and all kinds of stuff are under $ 20. If you have someone hard to buy for, this is the place to get something you can bet they don’t already have. There is a parking lot and you will have to keep your eye out for a few random pieces on the sidewalk– it is easy to drive by without noticing because all the juicy goodness is on the inside of this plain block warehouse building. The guy behind the counter the two times I visited is super nice and very knowledgeable about what he has and he’ll tell you all about it if you want to know. They are open Monday-Saturday 9:00 — 5:00
