This place is so cool. This isn’t junk it is really cool old stuff that deserves to be saved and reused. Truly a great salvage store I found lots of things there Have found iron grates, old legs to make a table, nobs for a dresser, old light that’s in my porch, I can spend hours here. They have too many thing to mention The guys are super helpful and really know their stock

Was in town doing reef project and needed to find something special… had so much fun walking down each row of potential! Thank goodness I live in CT, or I’d spend every day and every cent here! Warning, like others have said… this place is addictive! and while everyone there was very friendly and helpful, Demi was especially so!

An HGTV addict’s dream, this place has heaps of raw materials for decorating your home(or business, or yard, or wedding, or???) Unlike HGTV, SAS is both the source of inspiration AND the place to actually purchase those items that inspire you. Their sister store SAS Mercantile is two block away and is an amazing shop of furniture made from all of those beautiful materials you saw at the warehouse(in case you aren’t woodshop savvy). Even if you’re not in the market for salvage, I highly recommend this place as a unique stop in your day of playing tourist or tour guide.

This place is fantastic! You could walk around 100 times and still find something new. They have everything. Unique pieces and random bits and bobs. Looking for something specific? They will custom make it for you! Best salvage yard around. Look for Rob. He’s awesome.

Amazing! If you want to find some unique knick knacks for the house or outside in your yard, this place has to have something. I basically wanted to buy everything. It’s two huge warehouses filled with ornaments you can hang in your house on the wall, in your backyard, in the trees of your front yard, on the side walls of your house, just decorations of every type. You can find little tiny metal stars or old door knobs for a buck to litter along your wall or $ 1,000 rusted metal doors. Very friendly owner. Some circus stuff thrown randomly in there and records. Lots of character here. Be careful about parking. It’s in a sketchy area.

This place is the original Sarasota Salvage. It is the largest and has the best selection of any salvage store on the west coat of Fl.

This place is just cool — you can wander around forever and discover new things tucked all over the place. If you have a little extra cash to spend, you can find some great quirky pieces to decorate your home with, but it’s also fun even if you’re just looking! The guy who works there/runs the place is also really friendly and helpful!

Back for more treasures with guests from out of town. Seems better organized and well labeled. I admit it, i just cant stay away.
