Almost two years since they’ve opened and their service is horrible. I dined in with my family on a very slow Sunday and it took them almost 30 mins all together to get fries and ice cream. As much as I originally loved it when they opened I definitely won’t be returning as their customer service has gone to crap and management seems ok with it. Also the value for the amount of food you receive is pretty horrible too. Definitely will be sticking with Chick Fil A from here on out for my Fast Food needs.

Slowest service ever. One time I waited 25mins for my food in drive thru. Ice cream takes forever and by the time you get it it’s practically soup .I have never been here and had fast service. Burnt tasting burgers every time

1 star is for their derelict staff, slow, in coma’s. 3 stars for their food.

They actually burned my food here and then gave the excuse that it was cooked with an automatic timer. Give me a break. More than a timer can go wrong in a cooking process, say, like, the temperature of the fryer(check that thermostat lately?) Burned is burned. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Culver’s experience as I was at this one.

Thinking about eating here ever again makes me want to throw up. Awful food. And terrible management. I will never go back here again

We’ve been here repeatedly and I am thoroughly frustrated by the poor management and lackadaisical staff. Who owns this place and why can’t they find good managers and people who care at all about their job? Food prep always takes forever and the workers seem thoroughly disinterested in providing prompt service. Your time and money are best spent elsewhere.

I love Culver’s I’ve never been disappointed at any of the multiple locations I’ve been to across the country. Cheese curds are by far my favorite thing on the menu no matter what meal I’m getting I have to get a side of fried chess curds. I’m not a huge fan of burgers in general, but I loves a butter burger. My husband loves that we can come here and he can get a top notch burger and I can get something else just as delicious when I’m not in the mood for a burger. Their chicken sandwiches are great and they even have plated dinners that aren’t bad at all.

Smiling customer service and managers? WHAT!!! Feels like I’m back in the 80s when customer service was serving customers with a great attitude and smile. Food was perfect. Very clean & welcoming establishment! I WILLBEBACK

As far as fast food goes, this is a real gem. That said, it’s still fast food. Bizarrely and overly pleasant staff make this feel like I walked into another planet where people care about taking your order. Everyone was so nice. Food was great, for what it was. Custard was a nice treat and it made the kiddo happy to have a coupon for a free one on her kids meal. Wife would give it a five, I have it a three because I can’t think of a time I would necessarily come back, despite having a great experience. With so many local options it’s hard for me to want fast food. Given that, if I wanted fast food, this would be my first choice for a burger.

I’ve tried them twice. Both and lunch time, both at drive thru. I’m not impressed. First time, I got the fish sandwhcih, it was cold and super greasy. Not good. Today, ordered a deluxe that came out with only cheese. Sent it back and received a cold hard as a rock burger. It will be a while before I head back. A long while.

Being from the Midwest I’m very familiar with Culver’s & it’s great reputation. I’ve never had bad food there until today. While my burger tasted like the authentic Culver’s deliciousness my french fries were horrible. It was as if they were cooked in old frying oil & maybe even reheated in oil because the oil was oozing out of them. I was so disappointed. I’m hoping today was just an off day. I’ll give them another go & get one of my favorites… the cashew caramel sundae.

One of my favorite fast food chains. Stopped here when my flight landed @ SRQ. I went in hungry and left full. Butter Burger, fries, and root beer always delivered as expected and efficiently

Have had the burgers, fries, coleslaw, onion rings on multiple occasions. Order and eat inside, and their unique take out. All in all I give Culvers top ratings for service and food. I rate their Butter Burgers as the best I’ve had. Now, let me be clear. I like the thinner burger, not the half pound monsters that most places serve these days. But compared to Five Guys, Cheeburger, and similar burger joints, it’s tops in my book. I’m told they make orders when ordered so it takes a bit longer but not much. The staff are overwhelmingly quick and friendly. I recommend to all my friends.

Very very well trained and wonderful staff. Pretty typical fast good place with an extended menu which includes shaved prime rib sandwich, fish and chips, chicken, burgers. Custard of the day and sundaes. The buns were outstanding, hamburgers pretty good, good onion rings. You order and they bring out your food. They apparently lost our order but the staff was on top of it and got it sorted out quickly without us saying a word. They comped us two dinners for our inconvenience which was great but not necessary. This place really aims to please. Worth a try.

Shaved Prime Rib sandwich good tasting but small. Second time I visit Culver’s but two different locations. I have to say. The Atlantic Cod Fish sandwich and the Prime Rib sandwich are a bit too small for such a price. Although, they both have good taste.

Went here on the recommendation of the hotel down the street. Decided to go through the drive-thru. I hate drive-thru’s because they always ask you to pull ahead… if I wanted to wait I would’ve gone inside, I was asked«to pull ahead» The menu can be a bit overwhelming from chicken tenders to a pot roast sandwich they seem to sell it all. I went with the Buffalo Chicken Tenders and an order of Crinkle Fires. Both very tasty and the $ piece tender order left me wishing they offered a 6 piece. All in all I would come back for a second trip.

Have visited Culvers in Dallas and liked it then and love it now. Order at the counter and your food is brought out with-in minutes ala In-N-Out Burger. The DeLuxe ButterBurger is a made to order burger with that flavorful diner grill taste. Excellent fries even though they serve crinkle cut style. They offer a broad menu; a Reuben, prime rib, pork tenderloin, fish and pot roast sandwiches along with cheese curds that point to their mid America roots. They are well known for their frozen custard, but I have to draw the line somewhere. Clean, comfortable and well run with visible on site managers.

One step above Steak and Shake! For the money I should’ve went to Five Guys, but figured we would try them because they are always busy. I don’t see the hype. The Cheese curds were the best thing besides the soda. lol The butter burger was greasy and raw, the Deluxe was ok but the meat was so thin you could see through it. Everyone in the drive thru was pulled off to the side to wait for their food and I thought they must be good but nope. And that wasn’t even during a busy time. I will never be returning here again! You are welcome to it. Cheers

Culver’s is a fast food burger joint from the Midwest, known for their amazing True Blue team members and excellent customer service. While the customer service was very friendly, even oddly so, it does not make up for the wait time to receive the«fast food.» Yep, the food is not fast at all. I was watching as the kitchen manager was letting the entire kitchen staff know that they were passing the 5 minute mark on some orders, 10 minute mark on others, and even 15 minutes on a few orders— like mine. So, my main recommendation is to definitely try the place, to draw your own conclusions on everything. But, please oh please— avoid the drive thru. There is nothing worse than sitting in your car for almost a half hour when you could be entertained inside by other angry customers. Since Culver’s is famous for their Butter Burgers(burgers with butter added, aka extra grease), I ordered a Wisconsen Butter Burger(patty with 2 pieces swiss and mushrooms). It was beyond awesome. But, I think it was the side of Fried Cheese Curds that made the order late. They sure have some issues making those little things. The Cheese Curds were decent, but the breading way too thick. The onion rings looked excellent, so I will be trying those next time. The crinkle fries did not looked more hood than good. Since Culver’s is a Midwestern chain, they have interesting items like Fried Cheese Curds and Fried Pork Cutlet Sandwich. They also have their own brand or root beer, which is practically flavorless, or maybe the tap was out of syrup. The color was right though. The old folks around here love the place for two reasons, 1) because most of the old folks are familiar with the chain from their first homes in the Midwest, 2) because they also serve some old WWII mess hall favorites, like; Fried Chicken with Tater Mash, canned green beans, and piece of dry bread Processed Sliced Beef(Pot Roast) with all of the same yummy fixens as the fried chicken meal Various rehydrated soups, for those who do not have teeth anymore Paid for a concrete, was not pleased with the consistency or lack of flavor. There is another chain that recently popped up on SR70 that does these much better. However, I will come back for another butter burger anytime.
