0 stars if I could. This DD never has what I want from a baskin Robbins. Excessively long wait times. Not enough employees working. waste of a U-turn hassle. Never again. $ 4.30 for a SMALL milkshake No thanks

I would give this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins location a 0 if I could. Excessive wait times in the drive thru and was told that the items that I ordered at the drive thru speaker were not available when I pulled up to the drive thru window. I ordered an Oreo sundae and Reese’s sundae, but only saw one. When I asked about the Oreo sundae, the employee said «this is the Oreo sundae.» I said ok, well what about the Reese’s sundae, to which she responded «this is the Reese’s sundae.» I was not aware that they could be both so I then tried to order a waffle cone and was told «we don’t have any.» Customer service here is non-existant. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location or go to the Starbucks down the street.

Dunkin Donuts corporate does not allow this store to have enough staff to keep it running smoothly.
there are long waits and messed up orders and all around bad service. it’s a shame too, because for the first few months this store was the best in the area and I went there 3 – 4 times a week.
let Dunkin Donuts that you won’t be treated like a fool and waste 10 minutes getting a cup of coffee. Don’t give them your business.
