I have taken numerous items to Galina for alterations. I have been very, very happy all of her work. I found her to be very professional, kind and detail oriented. She has always taken the time to address all of my needs and the quality of her work has been top notch! She is the only person in town I trust my clothes to!

Awful! Doesn’t even deserve one star. I dropped off a dress for a simple hem and picked up a dress with damage to the bust, it looked as though something was caught in the dress, was pulled out, then a shoddy cover up attempt was made. There were pulls and tiny holes in the fabric and the bust was loose. When I pointed it out, she ARGUED with me, asked, «what do you want me to do about it?» In a condescending manner and STILL withheld my dress until I payed her the full $ 50 for a hem. Terrible experience, awful customer service. I will NEVER do business with her again, nor will I refer her to ANYONE. Terrible.

Galina is the BEST! She’s a little more expensive than all the others, but then she’s never ruined a garment like the others have. If she tells you it will be ready «tomorrow» it will be. We drive to downtown from Bee Ridge /​75 just to take our business to her.

Been to three different places for alterations before finding Galina. Now this is the only place I will take my clothes. She does an excellent job with keeping original hem and taking clothes in or out. Turn around time is good and prices are fair. She’s also super down to earth and friendly.
