So glad that I hired Encore to setup my new system. Gut rehab of our condo, the scope included wiring CAT6, coax and speakers (limited to hallway ceiling). Also, multiple TVs and a SONOS system,
Ray (and Jill) were extremely knowledgeable, able to understand our needs and recommend a system that matched our requirements. My wife is typically electronics «challenged» and they were patient and willing to explain and familiarize her with our system. No question was out-​of-​bounds and the result was two satisfied customers. My past experiences were gained from multiple home theater setups with complex Denon amps and state-​of-​art (at that time) arrangements.
Encore’s pricing is reasonable for the its’ service levels and advice. Combine that knowledge with easy scheduling, showing up on time, using drop clothes and cleaning up after themselves merits a 5 star review.
