went back second time to purchase clubs for the Haley House Golf Tournament(tournament in Tampa for injured veterans). I lost my Son in Iraq, so this tournament is dear to me. The manager wanted to see photos of the bag we were putting together, all purchased by me with no discounts for the tournament, nor did I ask for any. Told the manager was busy, when I went back OK then dont walk past me, and when the cashier says I am here don’t start talking shit! I thought the service industry was built on relationships. Dont smile, be fake and then talk crap like a 10 year old. when I was a VP and owned my own chain. no questions asked. take care of the customer. If something is wrong talk to them. The economy is screwed up because of style over substance. Bad! P. S. the manager that does give good service is probably graded low by inferior intelligence. I can say one good thing. They were open.

Very disappointed in this place. I was willing to purchase a full set of clubs, balls, and shoes and there wasn’t a salesman in site. Waited 15 min until someone came up to me to tell me I’ll be with you in 15 min. I told him forget it. He asked what I needed and I told him soup to nuts. All of sudden he was willing to help me. Told him forget it and GET!

As with all Golfsmith locations, they have a ton of inventory I’ve never seen more bags in one place. But this location has the most amazing people. They spent a ton of time with me on a small purchase and couldn’t have been nicer.

Not very friendly and not the greatest customer service. Even though the store was empty at the time I was there, the individuals on the floor just seemed to be wandering around aimlessly and were unwilling to assist. Even the manager seemed to be in a daze! I plan to shop elsewhere or go online for my family’s golfing needs in the future. Prices also seemed relatively high. Not a good experience at all…
