Dr Kreithen gets my best recommendation for anyone looking for a talented plastic surgeon. Very happy with the results of my procedure. He knows what he is doing and I am a happy patient.

The doctors here are probably very good, but I left before I could find out. I went in early so that I could fill out the new patient paperwork and there was a very nice couple in front of me. It was taking longer and longer so I thought I would ask the other girl if I could be filling out the paperwork while I waited. No… apparently they have changed to a more hi-​tech way of doing this, giving patients iPads to fill it out. Great, have done that before. But they clearly haven’t figured out an easy way to do this because I waited 15 minutes and they were still training the couple in front of me to use the iPad. Ridiculous. If they can’t make it easy for all to do without one-​on-​one assistance through the whole process, then they should have another person at the desk to check the rest of us in!!! Completely inefficient. Technology is only easier when you implement it in a user friendly way. This was not.
I left because I was so frustrated with the inefficiency.
