I found furniture I wanted on-line and Robb’s Patio was listed as a distributor on the manufacturer’s website so I called to place an order. We needed it delivered in a very short period of time and John went above and beyond to make it happen for us. He spoke with the manufacturer about a «realistic» delivery date and even called his area representative once we placed the order, to make sure it would actually arrive on time. It was not about taking my money and hoping it worked out, it was «only» taking my money if he could make it work. Thanks John… you’ve earned a loyal customer!
