I would not recommend shopping at Robb & Stucky at all. I knew going in that Robb & Stucky was a higher end furniture store. Upon walking in, the sales associate, Kelly, greeted me and begin by telling me that they had a number of items on clearance. I let her know that I was looking around and would notify her if I needed any help (it’s not that difficult to pick out furniture IMO). She then proceeded to follow me around the store the entire time and then when she noticed that I was looking at a $ 3000 sofa, she asked if «$ 3000 was in my budget.» This is extremely insulting and I was turned off on buying anything at Robb & Stucky. Because of this, she lost out on a sale and commission as I took my business elsewhere where they appreciate customers and do judge people without knowing their financial situation to pay for something.
