Okay, so I have Hungarian and Romanian heritage and I finally decided to try Kürtós. I bought mine at Geier’s… I chose a walnut one. As soon as we opened the bag we were hit with the amazing citric smell of this fantastic pastry. We ate it right away (the whole thing!) and left none for the kids. It’s SO GOOD. Wow.

Omg these are so addicting and delicious! You have to order a minimum of 5 and give her 24 hours notice but these Hungarian pastries are not only fun to eat but incredibly fresh and flavorful.
We ordered 2 almond, 2 rainbow sugar, and a jalepeno and cheddar. I’m trying not to eat two entire cakes myself before my husband gets home! I wish these were sold in a storefront. They would sellout!
I gave 2 as gifts and will definitely reorder. Love these!
