Their online pricing did not correspond to their in store pricing. The clerk in lawn and garden said I would have to order it online to pick up at that price, bummer. Especially when the item could not be ordered online as it is an in-​store only item. Luckily, the astute clerk said, «Let’s scan it anyway to be sure.» It rang up at the online price $ 49. vs the marked $ 54.

Thank goodness for Lowes the staff are super helpful! Justin in the fans area when far and beyond to help me with a ceiling fan issue. Love the fact they give veterans 10% off everyday.

Drove from another lowes to this one only to find out that the price on the item was different here. The staff and manager were super helpful and cleared it all up for me. My husband also had a great experience here when there had been an issue with a garbage bin we bought. Customer service is top notch!

John was the best! He helped us pick out all of our patio furniture — from table, to chairs, and umbrella, stand and outdoor rug. He really went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and helped us with recommendations on other outdoors stuff.
