I love this store I’ve been shopping at old navy for over 20 yrs and I’ve always been able to find something in there. The customer service at this store is wonderful I walk in and they know my name and I’m always greeted with a smile. They are always willing to help and give fashion tips. I’ll be an old navy shopper for life.

The selection could be a bit better but sometimes it’s hit or miss. I’ve gone to other old navy stores and found ally of stuff. The problem is their sales. Sometimes I feel like they do a bait and switch. They put a sale sign up near a certain item that sounds like it’s on sale but when it’s rung up its not. But that won’t keep me from coming back. I’ll try this old navy again in a few weeks to see if their clothing selection has changed.
