worst hair cut ever. I met a women in a store who had a great cut, long hair and asked her where she went. She raved about Julie… so when I went in and told her what I wanted to keep the length, I could tell she was not even listening to me and I should have left, why because I now better.
She just started chopping away. The cut in itself is not bad as I have alot of hair, but she got the top and sides so short it just looks awful. Nothing worst than letting hair grow out.
And I was quoted $ 30 on the phone for the cut and she charged me $ 40.
